      @@SPORTSANDFITNESSTIPS sir mai 5 km running karta hoon aur mera time 42 minute tak lag jaata hai sir tej kaise daude aur bharti mai 5 km running ka time diya gaya 25 minute aur mera pura 17 minute exrta lag raha hai time ।

    Hi ankit,
    Mein agle mahine basic mountaineering coursr karne jaa raha hoon, uske liye mujhe daily legs work karna hai aur endurance badane ke liye 15 - 20 kg weight leke running aur walking bhi karni hai endurance aur stamina badane ke liye, mera sawaal yeh hai ki mein pehle legs workout karoon ya running??

    Bhayia ! Running k waqt lower back stiff ho jata h kbhi-kbhi......tou bilkul v legs khul nhi pata h....Speed tou us din ekdm slow ho jata h
    Kya exercise/stretching kru eeske liye.......Physical exam k din aisa hua tou sara mehnat waste ho jaega
    Plz suggest what to do ?

    Bhai 1600 m running se pehle kya khaye aur kitne time pehle khaye kyuki police recruitment or koi bhi recruitment mein early morning ground mein visit Krna padta hai aur running 2pm se 2:30 bje afternoon mein hota hai to kya khana chahiye ki hamari body ko urza milti rahe please bataiye bhai.
