It is not completely new model. It is not original La Marzocco packaging method. Can be post exhibition or demo model. However can do decent espresso ;)
Tough call. In countries like ours, items like this that include motors or pumps have to be opened by the distributor since it's not uncommon that customs will open it up (for no real reason other than to abuse authority.) So you can expect that an item like this will always have to have "been checked" by the local distributor, and thus unpacked and repacked again. According to the La Marzocco app, the machine had never pulled a shot before I pulled the first one.
I don't think there's any universe in which I'd pick a Profitec over a La Marzocco LOL But seriously, it's just such a massive price jump between the two, and there's a reason why. With the 400 vs the Micra, you'll be paying 25% more money for 80% better machine. More smarts, more tech, more style. Also, the Micra comes stock with a naked portafilter, which may be the single most important training tool for growing as an espresso brewer/barista.
10 seconds is relatively accurate. Just depends on now cold the start temperature of the milk is. For beginners, this can be a con. Slower steam can give you time to think until "the process slows down" for you, and you can manage all that power. But yes. Incredible steam.

@@HoneycombManila Thank you for the valuable feedback buddy.. I appreciate it 🙏👍😊
It's like a Ferrari of espresso machine. I saw that it can steam milk in 10secs. Please review how fast it can steam at 65°C. Thanks@

Thats not the orginal packaging plastic on the machine itself
it was unpacked and repacked by the distributor at the showroom when I picked it up
