Noo you did a great job.İ am using the pitcher that came with the micra and i suck big time.Do you think i should change the jug? Any tips on stretching the milk is highly appreciated.
@@okanergene363 I think the pitcher that came with the micra is too small and not ideal for making latte art. You can consider getting a bigger one. I bought 2 (450ml & 600ml) from WPM. You can refer to this guide to pick the right pitcher size www.wpmcoffee.com/pages/pitcher-size-guide
Hey! I see you had a lelit Bianca before. Not sure where you are residing, but here Bianca is around 2000-2300€ while Micra is 3500€. How is the taste between the two? Apart from heatup time why did you upgrade the Bianca, which to what i read is a super capable machine? Thx.
Bianca is a great espresso machine. I upgraded to the Micra just because my friend wanted an espresso machine for his store and loved my Bianca, so I sold it to him. I would say Bianca offers the best value at that price point. The Micra provides a bit more consistent extraction and more steam power. If you live in Europe, you might consider the Espresso Coffee Shop. www.espressocoffeeshop.com/en/espresso-machines/478-1028-0-lelit-bianca-pl162t-espresso-machine.html#/3-voltage-220_v
@ thx. Anyhow i do consider is best if you buy from a local retailer in case shit is wrong. But how is the taste compared, like for like? Do you feel like Micra gives you more in the cup, even for light roasts?
@ If I could choose again, I would stick to Lelit Bianca. In terms of cup quality from Micra, it might not justify the 1000-1500 Euro difference. This is true unless you really like the outlook of Micra or you don't like the E61 group head design. However I still love my Mirca 😊

Hi there, I was wondering if you think this machine would be suitable/worth it given the higher price point to test out fresh beans in espresso beverages as I am starting a coffee bean business in my local community. Do you think this machine is a worthy investment for personal and small business use to test beans before selling them? Thank you!
I think Micra can serve your purpose for small batch testing and it is capable of making cafe quality coffee. However it is not a commercial certified machine and therefore it is not recommended to use it in a cafe. I owned Lelit Bianca before and I think it is another option for you as it is more affordable. I sold it to my friend who used it in his little cafe and therefore I bought the Micra. To me, it is a good investment given its stability and good looks :)
@@360TechBrews Yeah thank you for your response, I would plan on using the machine just in my home to test the coffee beans in advance, I wouldn’t be selling espresso drinks made from the machine, just would be a way for me to text the quality of the roasting before selling to consumers.
Thanks for sharing. I’m considering a Niche Zero and a La Marzocco Pico (Pico would come bundled with the Micra). Do you have any thoughts on which of these grinders would be best? Thanks 🙏
I would prefer the Niche Zero as it comes with a bigger burr (63mm conical) and it's even cheaper than the Pico. The workflow on the Niche Zero is smooth and it looks great with the Linea Micra.
I also live in Hong Kong! Interested in upgrading my Flair 58 to a Linea Micra, wondering where you bought your Micra from? Also which basket are you using? Stock 17g?
I bought it from Ultimate Coffee (one of the official distributors of La Marzocco in HK). They have a showroom where you can play with different coffee machines and grinders. You can contact Justin, who is very helpful, and he patiently explained the pros and cons of each model to me. I highly recommend them! www.ultimatecoffee.com.hk/
Same all white nz micra normcore tamp But I’m too cheap to splurge on the white lunar scale… for now 😎 But I got an aro orbit for my wdt and it’s black my setup is ruined Great latte art
impossibly clean😂
All in white 😂
Great video
What is the reason of transfering the milk from jug to jug?
The black one can make better latte art…although my latte art skill still sucks😅

Where did you find the set of white tools to prepare the expression (tamper…)?
Thanks
They are from Normcore. I bought the tools from Amazon. You can check out the Amazon links I put in the Description.

Perfection! One question are you using the 1 steam setting? Also can you film the top of the pitcher so we can see exactly how you're positioning it?
I have been using the ‘2’ steam setting.
Which cups are those?
They are from Loveramics (Egg collection) -> amzn.to/4fLAeJE

Awesome! Thank you so much. Are you using a 17g dose with the basket included?
I am using the 17g basket. They also gave me another 14g one.
Which knock box you got?
A white one from MHW-3BOMBER 😄

Great latte art
Nice setup! There are not many choices for a white grinder, so I will stick with the Niche Zero for a while. Weber Key is a bit pricy to me.
Does the LM portafilter fit ok with that Normcore portafilter stand? Looks like you have to hang the lip over the end?
Due to the design of the LM portafilter, I have to hang the lip over the end. But it fits very stable with the Normcore portafilter stand.
Do you own a La marzocco Linea Micra or Niche Zero?
Both
