La Marzocco Linea Micra - Preinfusion Pours

Lighter roasted single-origin coffees can be more "fussy" as espresso. A helpful feature of the Linea Micra is preinfusion under lower brew pressure from the mains, or in this video, a Flojet 5 gallon water bottle pump. The first shown extraction had 7 seconds of preinfusion and the second at 10, adjustable with the La Marzocco app.
