In my eyes, for performance, especially handling.. theres not much comparison.

So just a heads up, If anyone has their seat adjusted so their legs lock out when driving. Be ready to have your legs impale your pelvis. You should always have a slight bend in the knee.

Zain K his video in Germany was a week ago and he’s put videos up of lowering the car since then, so he has time to fit springs but not take the rubbish out. I’ve never had my car as dirty as that after a road trip.
scottlaaa 1984 it’s hard to appreciate a car when you haven’t paid out your own pocket to pay for it in full. Financed is a different story, it’s clear he doesn’t appreciate the luxury of the car

Very underated car and very capable...never owned one but have raced a few in my golf R, e92m3 and Evo 8 and they can seriously hold their own for a ford, straight line speed they are ok it's the corners and coming out of the corners is where they shine!

Dont rate these look just like most modem cars, the mk2 in green witht hat 5pot sound is amazing and the mk1 just for the driveability can throw it into a bend and you know it will be handle it and still looks good today

Personally I think the turning circle is quite good, you should try my S60R, like an oil tanker. Good video, love my RS.
No excuse for the filth inside though, I came back from the Nürburgring a week after Tommy and cleaned my car the day after I arrived back but at no point did it ever have rubbish in it, bins are quite a common thing.
Mine got the Mountune 375 upgrade the day before I went.
My Evo 7 was horrific, way worse than the Focus RS

I have a spec c and an RS the spec c feels faster.

Get the JCR super low subframes. I've fitted them in my edition (which is 12mm lower than standard anyway). 50mm drop and its like a different car now.
You could have cleaned the inside up a bit, you go to the trouble of fitting nice interior lights but leave a load of drinks cans in your footwell?
And I thought my car needed cleaning out 👀

I heard the speaker system is pretty bad? I have a ST-line X with the B&O speaker upgrade and it is absolutely amazing, also does the focus RS come with Adaptive Cruse Control? As mine atm has that too, want to upgrade from my 1 litre but still want the ACC and amazing B&O speakers
Needs to pull those rear mud flaps out a bit so it makes the arches look wider 😏
Oh. And once you go stage 2...1.6 bar boost comes on hard at like 2.4k revs.

what is these cars like on normal driving like up shifting etc do the pop like the mk2s do low revs burbles and pops or only when you boot it?

You NEED to drive the Hyundai i30N Lee.
They are ok, nothing the write home about. I did the Nth degree experience day at Millbrook, decent cars but nothing on the RS.
The mk2 is superior to this in looks, hands down!
The mk3 is superior to the mk2 to drive by about 100times. Looks are a subjective thing, I loved the mk2 when it came.out but think it looks pretty ridiculous now and the interior is so dated.
It's a 10 year old car pal, ofcourse its going to look dated. It does not look ridiculous it's meant to be a track car just like the civic type R. They are meant to look fast and aggressive. These RS' just look like an ST with a halfords body kit.
@@garymckinnon8073 yes they look old because they are, I never said otherwise, I was just referring to them being old hat. A track car they certainly are not. The mk3 pisses on it and is also not really a car for the track.

Please could someone explain what boost is, how it works and everything? 🤣 No idea what it is
Boost is when you are driving at high revs and you open your window a little bit and you get a boost of air in the car. It improves the the drag on the car, and depending on how much you tighten up your piston flaps, depends on how fast you can go. Easy adds 50bhp to any car.

also putting your fans on full increases boost, st 150 is a great example of boost

Yes and no. I'm at 29.4 mpg and that's mainly A and B road runs.
