Man when the divers work just right it can be absolutely crazy! I’ve had groups of 30-40 blue bills work my spread before and it’s amazing!
We hunt big water on Mississippi River and canvasbacks are my favorite diver you can call and decoy them like mallards and they sail in beautiful. We have huge groups of bills and ringnecks work us. Hundreds at a time. Our record was 46 in 2 hours and we quit and they were still coming

Hears a little tip when you pick up ducks from a boat I find its use full to use a small landing net ,keeps your hands dry.

My season ended more than a month ago wish it went this late.
I don’t know if y’all get many blue bills up there but if you do you should try to hunt them it is so fun watching 50 of them work

Diver dekes each, 4 spinners and 2doz single drop sleeper red heads and cans along with a doz goose floaters and doz mallards 😂 brings in the divers though.
What size mud motor are you running on that boat? And is the boat a 12 or 14ft?
Set about 6 goldeneyes off to the side youll see much better results
Where's your dog, they're easy retrieves for young dog it builds confidence
I'd go diver any day over puddle duck hunting
