  • France is imposing tight border controls on neighboring Italy to make them turn away refugees. For a long time, the EU has been working toward opening its internal borders, but the refugee crisis has made that goal more difficult to achieve.

Not so long ago many random French dudes went to half of Africa “as if it was free real estate”, lived there, stole there, killed there, destroyed the environment there, insisted that half of Africa was actually part of France, forced everyone to learn French and the French culture, and brought back many people. These are the consequences. Unfortunately, we can’t hide away from our past. Our European past towards Africa was awful. And all actions have consequences.

Countries are national communities for their citizens/nationals. With some exceptions most people are born in a country that becomes ‘theirs’ abstractly at least. Most can swap countries legally if they try in their lifetimes but the effort/reward for doing so varies dramatically. The member of national communities should have direct input on how/when people can join and then it should be done in a safe manner.
Here we have a strange twilight world where big business and it’s interest uses countries legally and the concept of borders for profit and taxation benefit much of the time, but disregards it for the rest of the time. Housing is a chief interest related to this-lower salaries in construction, higher sales prices at time of sale or higher rental fees.

    - Shut down Human rights NGOs for few months and the operations in African countries. Except critical health, put every one on a ship by Force to transport back to other side.
-Open NGOs and close the borders then with Forces deployed. Start job, service generation activity in Africa.
    - Work with the NGOs for proper allocation and distribution of individuals back in organised way.

No one in their right mind would invest that sort of money in Africa. For instance, there was a big plan to build a massive solar farm in NA, but no one would put up the money for it.
