Great recipe! The consistency of the pb center dough looks great. I tried once with regular nut butter and it was so runny that it made the assembly messy
I'm so glad you like it! If the peanut butter center dough is too runny you can always add some more peanut butter powder and/or powdered sugar, depending on how sweet you like it. Although messy, I'm sure it was still delicious! 😃 😋
