I can't wait to make these! I think I am going to put Lily's butterscotch chips in the peanut butter mix for the inside of the milk chocolate ones and then I'm going to put Lily's strawberry chips inside the peanut butter for the white chocolate ones. I recently started keto, and my dilemma will come at Christmas when every year, I make Oreo truffle balls for my family and friends. If I don't make them this coming Christmas, my children will disown me. If you can find a way to keto them up, you'd be saving me from that trauma:)
I would make the balls as usual and I would allow myself to eat ONE myself. You need to cheat on special occassions, otherwhise the diet will not be sustainable. ❤️👍

I made these today, and I almost panicked because they tasted so “real!” Delicious! I added a dollop of homemade sugar free strawberry jam before I added the top layer of chocolate, and it took me to another place. So. Good.
I just made these and they are SO good! I do not have a microwave or Double Broiler so I had to use the stove. LOL Lots of patience and stirring. I have electric stove top so I had it on a number 3, and it didnt take too long but definitely added some butter while it was melting so it didn't stick.

These Are the bomb😊❤️👍i made my batter it was a little runny so i put 2 tablespoons of coconut flour and 1/3 cup of powdered monk fruit sweetened and brought it up to your consistency. i only had a 90 % cocoa lindt chocolate bar so i melted it..,would recommend using 2 of those bars cause i was a little short in the chocolate covering.; but these are so good! thanks for sharing! ❤️👍

I used Allulose KETO:SWEET for the first time and 2/3 cup was too sweet for one batch. I added more peanut butter and it turned out better. Don’t know if a different sweetener would make a difference. Thanks for the recipe !

Myra, I made these last night and I use monk fruit sweetener it was granulated. The recipe said to use 2/3 of a and it seemed like so much monk fruit because it's sweeter so I only use half. I tried the peanut butter before putting it in the chocolate and it was just very gritty because of the granulated sweetener. If using monk fruit should I half it? Or just use the the amount that it calls for.?
Is it possible to counteract the aftertaste of using zero-carb sweeteners? (Is that aftertaste something one gets used to eventually?) I always use less swerve/monk-fruit/stevia/allulose than any given recipe calls for, but the taste is still present. I tweak recipes. Add more fat or salt or combine sweeteners, I am at a loss for what to do. Is there anything that can be done other than adding trace amounts of cane sugar or maple syrup?
Supposedly adding the sweetener to the fat in the recipe helps mitigate the cooling effect - it's caused by when the 'sugar' dissolves on your tongue. To me it ruins every recipe I've tried, some worse than others. Wholesome Yum Besti brand does NOT have any cooling aftertaste. I HATE erythritol and I've completely switched over to the Wholesome Yum Besti brand; it's a combination of allulose and monk fruit and comes in brown, granulated white and powdered. Not affiliated at all with the company, just a happy customer who finally found out what works. Many of these videos for keto sweets are older and didn't have Besti as an option.

You can always put the amount you need in the fridge beforehand for a few minutes.
