very interesting how during direct the cop speaks loud and proud, but as soon as Larry starts cross he gets awfully quiet.
😂the way his 'yes' got quieter & quieter....nice job DUI👍
Daily reminder to never take field sobriety tests. Only do what you're required to by law, which is the breath test AT THE PD. The portable breath test is not admissible.
Deny all
If u go to the station, are u in the system now. Do they arrest u until they give u the test in pd. An ur employer can find a arrest recorder
So im supposed to imagine a line....like i should imagine your not going to arrest me😂
Why does the tyrant get to read from his citation? I thought they weren't allowed to do that?
This judge has BIGTIME substitute teacher vibes. It’s pretty cringey…I LOVE LOVE LOVE your pacing in the cross, Larry. You really give them time to sweat and stew in their own juices while you thoughtfully craft the next round of volleys. Very well done.
Actually this is a good judge...I don't say this lightly
Larry is a master of it. Going back to the table and shuffling papers all while the cop is on the witness stand. Brilliant tactic and it works
Obviously the officer lied about about the pbt results or he would have gladly said that on camera and if someone is twice the legal limit would they be able to walk in a line backwards, of course not
Cop explains the field sobriety test and stumbles when starting. Failed?
He was trying to trick her with very confusing demands.
they all do. They rush and mumble through all the instructions. Just another reason those tests are a sham
You're right, except, he's scared shitless even on direct. He knows what's coming! 😂
As a judge and especially a juror i wouldn't believe a single thing a cop says !
I agree with you. I think the absolute worst thing about being in law enforcement is their ability and right to lie to a person to get an answer they want!!! You’re taught your entire life to not lie and you become a cop and you throw that rule out the window!!!
I'd never believe any of them tbh. They're trained to lie. It's a core port of their job and their personalities.
Vomiting is a sign of medical distress....call for a paramedic prior to the stop...during....or after
This county does not recognise the HGN eye test that the rest of the states and the National highway traffic and safety administration that every state has adopted but this special county has not had a hearing on it despite it being adopted everywhere else, how special is this county, they follow the same tests that the National highway traffic and safety administration the bible of Road Traffic Safety they rely on to ensure the safety of the public using the roads.
I absolutely love the way you cross the cops. I was only listening to this video but could hear him breathing, every breath was saying “oh crapola”
So the officer decrying the lack of efficacy in using the breathalyzer as evidence then why perform it at all and seemingly respect it’s so called evidence results. Puzzling
Is the officer drunk on the stand slurring his words
If its an imaginary line is it an imaginary test😂
FST's are totally subjective. When a cop decides he is going to arrest someone they will "notice" all manner of fault. FST is adminstered simply to collect evidence to be used against a person.
Insurance should never have to be shown as it comes back when they run tags..just like the registration
That is good to know. But they always ask for proof of insurance
They only ask to get more information on you
A Kentucky law enforcement agency has a body cam? That has to be a first on here
This cop is a dangerous taxpayer LIABILITY?
Seen this a few times and didn't pickup that she almost hit a car. The officer did nothing about that case of being out of control /dangerous driving etc. The officer let her drive on and around the corner after that happened. Any police officer would have immediately put on the lights and stopped her.
It is almost certain that this incident was a lie. No officer would react as he claimed.
I love the patience as you go through your questioning
If an office stopped me no matter what I was doing I would be nervous. I have been stopped In ATL for speeding and thru little towns. But I live in Scottsdale AZ now it is like NASCAR here.
so what was jury verdict.
Isn’t asking someone their medical conditions a violation of their HIPAA Rights?
A cop can ask you anything, but it's up to say " I don't answer questions under my 5th amendment rights go pack sand cop" never answer anything. Just what is required by law.
No it's not. But people should just plead the 5th and not answer anything.
You would be an amazing teacher. We really do learn a lot from you.
He says in his 2000 Officer training class that he was taught how to be a lie detector?! LMAO! I love how you ask him if he can read minds!
It is completely obvious that this officer was intentionally harassing this woman, whether due to her race or because she was a woman, or because he's just a power tripping jerk. For whatever reason, he definitely intended to harass her and charge her with intoxication. The proof is when she repeatedly asked for her breathalyzer results, he not only refused to answer, but he further threatened to charge her with 'resisting arrest' when she continued to ask.
I found you thru the Karen Reed trial. You have very interesting cases to watch. Thanks
Man I'd really love seeing a video of what YOU would do if pulled over while both at a BAC of under .08 and over... what would the DUI guy say and do in those unlikely scenerios??
Keep up the good work 😊
On the basis of the testimonies in this video, I would have to find the defendant Not Guilty.
Because there's reasonable doubt as to the accuracy of the PBT. Especially if the defendant had just vomited, which would would have put some of the shot into her mouth.
And there's also reasonable doubt that that cop lied about the PBT results - especially in the context of him not telling the defendant the reading, despite her repeatedly asking for it.
That cop with that moustache, hairstyle and general demeanour, comes over as one of those bullying, tyrannical, overbearing, sleazy, over-quick to arrest type of cop.
The bodycam videos should be interesting...
If the window was closed on the jeep, how did tge driver previously dump vomit out of the vehicle??????
This looks like it was recorded on a 1997 JVC camcorder. Demographics of a roadway? What a friendly judge and court, snacks?
44:02 "I'd write down everything I needed to write down to conclude my investigation" -> translation -> "I'd write down the minimum I needed to justify my arrest"
1:25:18 how convient the cop, after struggling to remember minor details from a recording he had just watched moments prior, he _magically_ remembers what she blew on the PBT, which he failed to write down on the citation, and actively refused to share with the defendant at the time of the arrest. "I believe it was a [0.]165" not something more vague (and plausibly deniable) like "around/about/roughly twice the legal limit" or even a "I believe it was a 0.16-something", instead he gave a specific number to try and bluff his confidence and memory to the jury
1:27:40 prosecutor makes a bad faith conjecture, as I can personally attest that I have to vomit into a cup from food poisoning before, as a passenger in someone else's vehicle, were we drove with the windows closed, we had to do it twice in fact (same vacation trip, once on our way there and once on the return trip. McD and BK did me dirty that vacation). so trying to use that as proof against her is ridiculous and clearly done in bad faith.
You must have won. How'd it go with the jury?
I do not understand why they still use silly field sobriety tests in the USA.
Here we use breathalyzer tests with a DUI control.
It is simple and when they refuse a blood test.
Wow no hgn in that county? At all or that judge?
The officer sounds like Mr. Mackey on Southpark. MKay
Do they take into account for age? I play golf and walk... but these physical gymnastics . I am 71 and spry and fit for my age but could I do this.... I do not think so.
In general, in life, how important is the truth?
Smh 🤦🏽♀️ @ this 👮 I wouldn’t want to be alone with him ever!!
Soon as Mr Foreman defense attorney starts his cross notice how quieter the Officers response was? Lol 😂 that’s all the proof I needed to know Larry was going to get a “Not Guilty” Verdict. Haha 😆 officer had no chance with Mr. Foreman 🤟🏼
Have you ever asked a cop on the stand to step down and pass a field sobriety test? Could you? I can't pass it sober so I'll never take it.
It's easier to pass a lie detector test.
Exactly. In reality there is no pass or fail. It's all up to the officer
Im looking for someone who has neverdone an imaginary test😂
What happened to the Karen Reed Trial videos ?
Innocent or guilty???
I have spent an un healthy amount of time wondering what the two ladies behind the screens are talking about ? ! First I think they are discussing the case but part of me thinks it’s gossip about other staff members in court ….
God that judge is ignorant
DUI lawyer I have a question for you how can we apply consent be legal because if you're toxic you cannot make any legal decisions while you're intoxicated and if you're doing an apply consent while you're intoxicated how can any of that be legal can you answer that for me please
I love watching you in court
It's truly beautiful 😍
27:32 love how he said black lol
Im looking for someone who has neverdone an imaginary test😂bish if im asked to imagine heal to to imaginary line heal to toe i gonna trip.. why you think cops only di 3 do demonstrate 😂
The Officer sure sniffs a lot - is on something?
He said it was a sugar powdered from a donut
One Animated Judge!😂❤️
This judge is talking and NOT listening. Looks like some gossip going on. Why is the Judge NOT paying attention.
The "Follow the pen with your eyes" test is irritating. I've had them drag their pen clear out of my line of sight and hold it there for 15 to 20 seconds. So, there I am, struggling to keep looking hard right or left, unable to physically move my eyes farther each way. The pen is out of sight, and the strain is causing my eyes to get tired and tremble. And I'm getting p¡ssed off at the deliberate causing of inaccurate data.
💙
Umm ah huh why isn’t he reminded that he needs to say yes and no, not uuummm. He seems pretty cocky for a cop that makes himself look so stupid!!
Eew. Smells like burnt bacon.
PLEASE READ................. First of all I really like your channel and I really like your take On a lot of things I just watched a video that is six hours old And it states drunk off duty DEA and ATF charged after illegally detained man at bar the man is from Israel and Palestine has lived in the United States for 12 years has a valid Texas driver's license and they kept saying well I'm not going to be the one who he goes off and he kills a bunch of people and I could have stopped it oh my goodness I would love to see what you do or would do with this it is all messed up and these two off-duty agents cuffs him 7:46 took him out took his phone away from him took his money away from him took his wallet away from him and held him on the ground until officers from another place arrived and this DEA agent and ATF agent thinks they're keeping the United States safe by arresting a man while they're off duty and drunk oh I am so pissed these two people they don't even deserve to be called officers are keeping the United States safe by detaining legal United States citizens that were not born here and have a different color skin and an accent but oh man they need a award for keeping us so safe😢😢 PLEASE READ.
Jumped ship to another department after 17 years and relegated to night shift on his new job? I think someone should look into why he left his old job. I’m thinking he was allowed to resign instead of getting fired for malfeasance, like so many other bad cops.
I saw one of these videos where Larry asked the cop why he was still patrolling the highway after 22 years on the force
The videos you share always have wuch poor quality! This court system needs to invest in some decent cameras! Lol
I found you thru the Karen Reed trial. You have very interesting cases to watch. Thanks
