I miss the early 2000s. Coming home from school sick and watching shows like MTV Cribs was the best childhood.
Oh I know. I used to love it so much I would record it on VHS. My Dad was going through old videos looking for the family one and just found hours of the Ashlee Simpson show hahaha

MTV of the late 90s-early 2000s was the BEST. I came of age on shows like this, Undressed, TRL, Diary, the Real World, Road Rules, etc. MTV nowadays has nothing to do with music! It's all trashy reality shows :(
@@LTilli313 I know tv is complete garbage now. Gross looking people on all these reality shows on Mtv, annoying politics, the same stuff on hgtv and tlc. They can't create anything new or good because you always have to worry about offending someone. I just want to be inspired by something but I can't.

I was a pre-teen when this originally aired and I NEVER forgot her home. It is a shabby chic, peaceful-looking paradise. I just recently bought my first home and I am watching this again because I want to decorate my house like this. It is incredible how one never forget the things that inform and inspire your tastes. I'm going to make my home as feminine and tranquil as Pamela's place. 🥀

It was popular then as the original shabby chic entrepreneur Rachel Ashewell lived in Malibu as well and helped her decorate. Rachel invented this style with her book called shabby chic. But I think it is cool again

Pamela has always come across as a sweet and down-to-earth person. And you get that feel from her house: it doesn't look like the property of a world famous celebrity, yet it looks cozy and nicely decorated. 👍👏

I loved how she didn't live in a massive mansion. But that was never really her. Plus she didn't want her kids growing up to spoilt and wanted to raise them as normal kids not kids with parents who are famous and lots of money. I actually love Pam she is such a down to earth soul.
Ever since I first saw this episode of cribs when it was first released, I have Always remembered that amazing set-up with the outdoor bathtub. It just stuck in my mind. That was The Coolest thing to me then, and still is, to this day. I would love a tub like that!! Pam was so beautiful here! And still is.

I can't believe I missed this episode. I was in high school when mtv cribs aired. Pam definitely has taste in decor, traditional and sweet. So much better than all the Kardashians combined. This is what you call a real home. 😊😍

I remember watching this when it aired thinking how incredibly relatable she was and still is.
ohhh, I'm not sure when this was filmed but around 2010 I was called to her home for a Gas Leak called in by her or her son... thats not the house. I had no idea who's house I was at and without knowing who was asking me this, she asked me to pass my ID over a fence prior to opening the wooden gate. To my surprise when she opened said gate, there was Pamala looking as hot as ever in a white tee shirt and running shorts. She lead me to her kitchen where everyone believed the odor was coming from and I found and repaired a stuck valve on a gas range. The house I was at was on Malibu Colony Rd.

Awww I just watched this again, I forgot how sweet her beach house was. I can't believe she sold it! I love the whole shabby chic vibe, it is purrfect decor for a beach home! Meow! Pammy now lives in her childhood home in Canada, It is also right on the beach. She has a new book out called Love, Pamela and a Netflix documentary to go with it. I just watched the Netflix Doc. and it was quite good. Her and Tommy Lee's son Brandon produced and directed it. It seems to me that Pam is still in love with Tommy and vice versa, but for some reason, they just have never been able to make it work. That is why her other 4 other marriages didn't work out, the ghost of Tommy was always lingering. The same is true for Tommy and he makes no excuses, he declares his everlasting love for Pamela. I wish them both well and hope they will one day be able to get back together and be happy together. Thank you again for posting this sweet trip down Pammy lane! From Paris with love, Pia paradis 💞

I LOVE THIS HOUSE..it makes me nostalgic for my younger years..I graduated in 1999 and I had the BEST HIGH SCHOOL YEARS...life has gotten better but they were great memories! I'd stay in that tub 22 hours a day!!!! God Bless:)

First of all, the sound editor for this vid-what r ya doin??? Secondly, I love how genuine Pam is, it’s almost like you can still see her childhood innocence in her bedroom and how it’s blossomed into a kind hearted young woman and loving mother. I just saw her documentary and plan on reading her autobiography soon…knowing how traumatic her childhood was and seeing how she’s come out the other side of the rabbit hole with her decency and kind heart intact is commendable!! Hollywood doesn’t always spare people so mercifully.
