please dont do pressed rolls on the timpani. Hand to Hand rolls allow the drum to vibrate between the strokes which evolves a much bigger smoother softer an warmer Sound
orrible....without any passion ....played too much precise without any nuance....the bass section played too strong....the drum set marks only the time without any tipe of rhytm.... bad work
***** in this video i dont' listen any difference from the p Piano and mf and f and pp....only f ....bad acoustics? and i played this piece many and many times....and for chronicle i'm a saxofonist player and i start in 1998 not Yesterday... and where is the freedom of comment? i'am a dumbfuck becouse i have a different idea of this piece?...
Playing rhythm section in an orchestra is stupidly hard. Even if it's very basic, Timing can never be so accurate and really depends on every single person. Percussions have hard attack sound. Being accurate is very hard when every other section attacks slowly + conductor's not doing pretty good.
im going to play this song for teachers day!!!!!!!!!im in the percussion section and im playin drumset for this song:> wish me good luck
