I just found sleep token about 2 weeks ago, and they have quickly grown to be one of my favorite bands already.

Dude for real. I usually listen to more heavier stuff and less clean vocals but man something about this band has captured my attention and I'm digging alot of thier stuff.

I have never had any other voice impact my mind , body and just every cell and particle the way his voice does
I know his screams, and emotionality in every single lyric/verse is just so intensely mind blowing that I can't even think of anyone to compare it to honestly. He is just so much more sincere than anyone I have heard before I just ughhhhhhh I can't believe it. The energy is just something I've never seen or heard before from anybody 🙌😮😵

There's a lot to take in. I sort of had that look of Hmmm on my face too. But this song will grow on you like a virus and you will absolutely love it! That chorus section that happens twice is so strong in contrast to all the extreme heavy sections with the distorted vocals, then the sublime softness, just blows my fkn mind! These guys are legit! FKN LEGIT! Greatness happening.

The distorted vocals are the new guitarist. He beings a whole new ooomph the band. From seeing them live I'm pretty sure this is their 3rd guitarist. Only singer drummer and bassist are original members.. I was glad when I found out who they were... So many side bands 🤘🤘🤘🤘

Part of why they hook you in so well is Vessel gives you *almost* enough of one genre before switching to another, and just KEEPs changing it up. You just never get enough. He'd make a great drug dealer

Loved it - they really know how to take you on a musical journey and you never know what to expect, which is why I like them so much. My ONLY gripe is that I’ve always had an issue with songs that fade out at the end - it always seems a bit lazy. You’re going to need an ending when you play it live….
If you check out the lyrics at one point he's screaming " are you in pain like I am?" So, yeah I'd say it's emotional screaming 😅

Could just be your preference, but I think you have a bit of the case of “if you’re not blown away by some otherworldly vocal/chord progression/breakdown, the song is more of a “meh.”
