      Peer is my absolute favorite. Always interested and kind, never mean. Serious about what he is trying. Open to new experiences and able to appreciate things for what they are without judging them because they aren't similar to what he grew up with (looking at you Mustafa). I want to hang out with him.

      To be honest even the entire plate that was served would not satisfy the villagers cause they are very hardworking and eat like 3 to 4 rotis with curry in one sitting. They are farmers who work by hand and therefore need a lot of energy

      @@soniazehra5906 I'm really tall, like tall tall and weight quite a lot, if you know metric I would say almost 2 meters for a hundred Kilos. When I'm really hungry I eat 300-400 grams of dry pasta which cooked is 600-800 grams. Nothing ease hunger like carbs, that's why wheat and potatoes are so popular in every country. Pasta is 100% carbs. If you need a lot of sugar to do your job, pasta is the food to go with.

      Actually it was invented in a restaurant in Rome and popularized in USA by hollywood actors.
      In Italy the Alfredo sauce simply is something similar to "butter and parmesan": not really something special or popular.

      "Inventate" dal proprietario di una trattoria romana nel 1908, da un certo Alfredo, la cui nipote possiede alcuni ristoranti "Il vero Alfredo" (a Roma e in Messico). Le fettuccine Alfredo aggiunte al menù di Alfredo è in realtà una semplice pasta in bianco, ossia una pasta burro e parmigiano. Negli Stati Uniti hanno aggiunto aglio e panna... E popolarizzato il nome.

I live in North America, and the food served in these videos have close to nothing to do with the food people eat in the caribbeans, restaurants in Quebec and so on... Your comment is definitely a shallow one. Spices were bought from India. OK. It's not like all western culinary expertise is due to India. Shaking my head. I'd take a french fine cuisine restaurant anytime over an Indian restaurant. And Lord knows, I LOVE indian food!

    Judging visually, the lasagna's quality could be improved a lot in fact it makes me wonder what's the source for most of the Italian food you're giving them?
    I think this needs to be the next major cooking show. Top chefs from around the world should compete to impress these, our most honest judges.

    Well, I'm italian and most pasta I've eaten in foreign countries gives me the same exact reaction. It's usually overcooked, lacks salt and lacks taste.
    When we do stuff like penne all'arrabbiata here or even a simple amatriciana, we salt it carefully and use red pepper and other spices to give it more punch. Indian food is usually pretty spicy, therefore I can see why some people would find poorly seasoned sauces bland.

      Yakhni is made when you boil chicken in hot water, essentially making it a very strong and healthy chicken soup. You add some little bit of spices to that, take the broth and use the chicken for food. It really does cure chest congestion, you shluld try it!
