Okay, now that was exciting. I was screaming at you when you got separated from your rake. I knew something was going to happen and sure enough the dam gives and you & your rake are on opposite sides of the dam. But you crossed over after a few minutes and did a fantastic job of removing the FULL dam & not just a channel through the dam. Great, great job!! But never leave your rake behind, lol. Beaver ponds and foraging can be a real problem. I am very happy that I have been able to host a family for the last 25 years. Their main dam is now 8 feet tall at the deepest point and it is an amazing 340 feet long.

Absolutely correct Mantas, this was a great dam collapse. All it took was you running 🏃 across the top of it, to loosen it up and it collapsing.

Your doing this because it effects the farm land and crops, some water is good for the crops but when it floods the fields you have a problem. Keep up the hard work clearing out the beaver dams
