@@zenniboi6550 Which is kind of weird since later in Super, he explains how he never attempted Kaioken as a super saiyan before because he wasn't sure his body could handle it. But filler inconsistencies aside, I chalk that up to the difference between a living, and dead body, since Goku pointed out during the Buu Saga that a dead body is a lot more durable than a living one.
@@zenniboi6550 that would need him to have his cognition in tact and not be under the oozaru rage though. So maybe in ss4 form he could use it. Not to mention if it fails the strain will likely be even worse when you consider an oozarus body mass. The amount of strength it takes to move that body the way it does to fight is already astounding.
You can actually see when the movie would take place in the timeline by looking at Bulma and Gohan's hairstyle and clothing. This one would be in saiyan saga before he departed from earth to Namek. Which is still impossible for many reasons. Goku was injured, piccolo is alive, Bulma already got her Namek hair... also 17:54 joke is so random and funny because Goku said nothing in the original movie and just smacked the dude to the ground instantly.
It isn't a Krillin-Launch deal. Launch very literally disappears from the franchise after Goku and Piccolo fight at the World Martial Arts tournament despite being a fairly big minor character. She appears very briefly early on in the saiyan arc of the anime, but aside from that she just doesn't (and still hasn't) made a reappearance to this day. The joke comes from the Doc using a machine gun on him and Launch loved using machine guns.

Just some notes about this movie. 1. The Biomen at the beginning are voiced by the same person that voices Kirito in SAO Abridged. Side note: Watch SAO Abridged. It's also really funny. 2. Launch was a character that Toriyama basically forgot about, Funny enough, she has a larger prominence in DBZ kakarot than the actual manga and anime. 3. Kaoi-ken stopped being used because Super Saiyan overtook it. Kaio-ken is a technique where the user multiplies the ki in their body and without perfect control it can highly damage the body. Goku at first was warned to not go beyond x2 because the higher the multiplier the harder it is to control. Which is why Goku at first was badly damaged when he went x3 and x4 against Vegeta. Later on, he manages to get better control over his ki and can take it to x10 with no real side effects and use the lower multipliers more often and for longer periods. He uses this against Frieza, but x10 proves to not be enough against Frieza's 50% power. So he uses Kaio-ken x20, and is able to damage Frieza, but this puts a strain on Goku's body like x3 and x4 did back in the Saiyan saga. Finally, he unlocks Super Saiyan. Compared to Kaio-ken, Super Saiyan is a x50 multiplier. This is why he never goes back to using Kaio-ken for the most part. He does use it a couple other times. Once during a filler episode between the Cell and Buu arcs. In this episode, he uses it while a Super Saiyan against Pikon. Due to the nature of the episode, this isn't really canon, but it could be theorized that he was able to use it much easier while dead than if he had been alive. Since SS puts the user into a stronger emotional state where control over their ki is much harder, if he had attempted to use it when alive, it would have likely caused him great harm. The other time he uses Kaio-ken is in DBS, where he uses it while Super Saiyan Blue. And in this episode it really did have some serious repercussions for him.
Sadly no, this is not how it goes in the actual movie. Dr. Wheelo is a card-carrying villain. This version is alot better because it made Wheelo into a sympathetic person. Also the line about Kochin leaving his keys at Slumps? That's a reference to Dr. Slump. Toriyama's previous manga before doing Dragonball.
late to the party, but one of the reasons (canonically) why goku no longer uses the Kaio-Ken after getting super Saiyan is due to the strain Kaio-Ken puts on the body as opposed to Super Saiyan which has no down side once you get past the outburst of emotion to unlock it.
Super Saiyan actually does have a downside, in that it drains the Saiyan's stamina while it's active. However, it does so at a *significantly* lower rate than what the Kaio-Ken does while giving a comparable boost in power, and during the Cell Saga he and Gohan spend their time in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber training to overcome SSJ's stamina loss. The Kaio-Ken has the potential to be stronger than SSJ if you push it to a high enough level, but the sheer strain of doing so makes it way too inefficient to rely on, especially with how powerful their enemies get after the Frieza Saga.
Super Saiyan Kaioken has such an awesome aura, wish it was canonically used and not just a filler/game thing. Spirit Saiyan was also really cool, and false super saiyan. Theres a lot of really cool stuff in filler
This, along with Return of Meta-Cooler and Super Android 13, is my favorite DBZA movies ever. I really, REALLY love how they portray Dr. Wheelo here. Also that scene with Blub-Blub...
What I think is kind of cute and endearing to think about is that Gohan is supposed to be the character for the show's target audience to project onto: Japanese kids ages 6-14. And in the show Gohan is constantly forced to study by his overbearing Asian mother, when he really wants to be out on adventures and being with his friends and saving the world. I can't help but think it must've been a pretty relatable trope to the Japanese kids who watched the show on Fuji TV every Wednesday at 7pm...probably putting off their own homework and studying to do so in order to experience Gohan's adventures 🙂.
@@ZeallustImmortal IIRC that's why Goku was dead for so long during the Android/Cell Saga, they wanted to make Gohan the main character. But fans wanted Goku back.
The whole thing of whatever happened to launch. Is kind of a jab at the fact that Akira toriyama was asked a question by a fan I think. The question was I think why didn’t we see more of launch. And he answered with. uuuuh. I forgot. So toriyama basically forgot launch existed.
The Lunch joke is because it was a recurring gag that her "bad" personality is a criminal and always pulls out an Uzi and shoots people with it. She shot Krilling and Goku multiple times too in the original show. (and no, in the movie Dr. Wheelo is just evil and they just kill him)
The joke "whatever happened to Lunch?" Is that Lunch disappeared after Dragon Ball, and Kuririn getting shot reminded him of launch because when she sneezes she starts shooting at everyone all the time.
Kaio-Ken lost its purpose after Goku reached SSJ. Mainly because Toriyama-Sensei simply forgot that technic ^^ In Super it is explained as it damages Gokus Body the more power (times 1-2-3-20) he collects with it.
Also wasn't it said that SSJ and Kaio-Ken can't be stacked (plus the most Goku went with Kaio-Ken is 20X, which is less than half the multiplier of SSJ at 50X)
@@wingedbluj1674 Yes, because for the Kaio-Ken you need to be calm minded and collected, while the Super Saiyan Form is fueled by anger. SSB with God Ki is a „calm“ transformation again, hence why he can combine them. In DBZ Filler he combines his SSJ form and Kaio-Ken for a split second in his match with Pikkon.
At this point, Team Four Star had gone from 'Abridging' to 'comically reworking chunks of the plot'. I don't know how much you looked up of the original, but there's a fair number of changes. 1) The Main one, of course: in the original Wheelo was very much an evil scientist who wanted the world's strongest body for his brain, his assistant was also evil, and the bio warriors were all generic living weapons (so no sad scene with Blub Blub). They reworked it so that Kochin was the only evil one dragging Wheelo along for the ride. In the OG film Kochin was also a robot, which is revealed when he falls into the pit after Wheelo reveals his battle form: Wheelo charges up some massive engine and the electrical arcs from it zap Kochin and destroy him. That's how he was able to turn his hand into a gun. 2) The ice at the start is in a DBZ only place in the world where said ice basically noted to be impossibly dense and cold. In the OG Piccolo is training there instead of trying to build a castle and he notes even he can barely crack it. That's why Kochin needed a wish: the ice was just THAT potent and hard to remove. 3) Piccolo freezing is a pure Abridged joke, as in Yamcha showing up, spoofing how the Biomen look a lot like Saibamen. Yamcha did not appear in the original movie at all. And yes, in the OG film Oolong was planning to wish for panties, or 'comfy underwear' depending on the translation. 4) Piccolo's attempted contact via telepathy in the Abridged is just Gohan having a daydream while studying about how much he wants to be like Piccolo. So yes, Piccolo got captured and Gohan got knocked out during it, then he just went home and acted like nothing had happened. 5) Krillin actually fled from Kochin's machine gun fire in the film (which caused big explosions, so maybe it was firing special super bullets). The film just spoofs that by now mere bullets shouldn't be able to hurt him so he just stands there with them doing nothing, wondering what happened to Launch, who used to shoot up the various Goku adjacent fighter characters for laughs in Loony Toons fashion. 6) It was Kaioken x 4 in the film, not 3 and a half. And the reason Kaioken went by so quickly is that stuff like Kakarot compresses things: the original manga and anime took a few years to go from that to Super Saiyan, and since the films were released yearly, they were based on what was happening in the manga and anime at the time. 7) As said, in the film Wheelo was evil and getting blasted into orbit had him start charging a planet killer attack. Goku countered by forming the Spirit Bomb, Wheelo fired a preliminary series of blasts down to stop him, blowing up what was left of his base, and then Gohan, Piccolo, and Krillin flew up to stall him (with Krillin getting Owned again) until Goku recovered and finished the job. In the Abridged, they change it (and even do some original animation, as seen), so just Gohan flies up, talks with Wheelo, and then tells Goku to stop. Goku 'putting the bomb down' was animation from the OG Wheelo trying to blow him up from orbit. 8) And of course the end scene is wholly original to the altered plot of the film.
About Kaio-ken, it was not really outscaled, it is a VERY powerful technique, that multiplies the power, but also puts incredible strain on the body. It could kill Goku if he's not careful. But he trained a lot, and also a Saiyan, I think he can go up to Kaio-ken x10. But he never tried to use it while also in Super Saiyan form, because that powerup with Kaio-ken applied might be too much for him. The next time he tries it is when he's in Super Saiyan Blue form, and as I remember he considered it pretty risky too, but he managed to use it well. So yeah, it was not powercrept out, it is too strong to be used while in Super Saiyan.
Yay! Glad you liked this one! The World's Strongest was my favorite DBZ movie growing up and TFS's version is awesome. I love what they did with Wheelo and the timing with the jokes. This and Broly are the best TFS specials imo. Although Slug, Tree of Might, Deadzone, the Coolers and even Plan to Eradicate Christmas have their own moments. Super Android 13 is the weakest for me but it has some good stuff. Broly and PtEC have references to the others, so catch those last. Looking forward to seeing more!
Many of the early movies are almost stand ins for the arcs of the dbz. Dead Zone is pre-Raditz, Tree of Might is Saiyan Saga, Lord Slug is Namek, Super Android 13 is the Android Saga.
In the anime/manga, Kaiō Ken is only really used for 3 fights in DBZ. However, Goku went so long without fighting in the main story that 3 movies came out while it was still relevant (4 if he uses it against Cooler).
The call back to launch was really cool because back in og dragon ball when launch would change into her blond form she would randomly shoot goku and the others with gun and sometimes it would just bounce off them
Launch used to shoot Krillin Goku and Roshi whenever they pissed her off with a fully automatic light machine gun...I think she was surprised at how ineffective it was overall but kept doing it anyways.
1. World's Strongest is said to be one of TFS' favorite DBZ movies, if not straight up their favorite. I guess the run time depicts how much care and thought they put into this work to give this movie justice, and to make it enjoyable both for the audience and TFS for working on it. 2. Another reason why Piccolo gets hammered on and pops off in these movies is.... abridged Goku literally is unphased by anything and wouldn't be nearly as hilarious to see placed in these situations like say Piccolo or Tenshinhan (Tien Shinhan) xD 3. The "Gohan on Drugs" is a nod to the previous chronological movie, Dead Zone, where Gohan got an acid trip off of some fruit. 4. Blond Launch is known to be violent and on edge, and always pulling out pistols and machine guns and unloading all the ammo on anyone around. I guess Kochen's attempt at bullet hell made Krillin a bit nostalgic since Launch literally vanished after OG Dragonball. Not much to explain here, Jakc has gotten pretty good at figuring DB things out xD Now all that's left is, if you want to, to watch The Christmas Tree of Might abridged movie, DBZ Kai Abridged 2.0 and 2.9 before going to episode 32! :D
Mean Launch's go-to attack was pulling out an uzi and spraying some bullets. Krillin was often on the receiving end of this, hence the machine gun joke
5 fun facts about this DBZA movie... Wheelo's original names of the Bio Warriors, ZapZap, BlubBlub and Brrr are Pre-TFS names used when Lawrence Simpson (Masako), Nick Landis (Lani) and Brandon Rainsford (Vegeta3986) were all members of a small group named "Neighbourhood Cluck", with Scott Frerichs (Kaiser) being brought in as editor. The Electrocutioner was voiced by Christopher Luke O' Neill (known to many as OneyPlays or better, OneyNG), famous for Dragonzball P and PeePee saga, the Wingadium Levio-SAAAAAUGH skits, and being friends with "Smiling Friends" creator Zach Hadel, being in the team that did "Linkara vs Trump"... This is one I think could just be my opinion but it could be fact who knows... MaskaoX's Kaioken is intentionally the inverse of Peter Kelamis' Goku (whom the basis of TFS Goku originates) from the dub of the film, this is Peter's Goku for comparison to Masako's: ruclips.net/video/RuViG2-w_To/видео.html Lani, Kaiser and Taka (Curtis Arnott) all forgot over time that they did the gag with Yamcha, and all laughed like hyenas when they streamed all the movies they did and saw that gag with Yamcha being pwned by Biomen. The Ending of this one was the first time TFS did ANYTHING original in terms of animation for DBZA pre HFIL and DragonShortZ... so no editing the source like Saiyan handbooks, Muffin Buttons or Nappa on Vouge magazines...
Oolong saying he's gonna wish for panties is a reference to OG Dragon Ball (which, if i remember correctly, is something he did to prevent Emperor Pilaf from wishing for something -I don't remember exactly what)
for your question about the kaioken it was goku strongest technic of "boosting capacities" untill SSl ( and genkidama ( spirit bomb) for atack)! the serie is a neketsu so there is always power uos with stronger enemies!
Abit of lore on Launch that also shows how they have toned down alot of Roshi's dirty old man elements in DBZ and Super is order to get him to train both young Krillan and Goku they had to bring him something sexy... I can't remember the exact wording but Krillan returns with a big stack of adult magazines and Goku turns up with Launch who actually lives with them for sometime
15:48 Normally I would agree with this type of thinking, but remember the type of show you're watching. To paraphrase a famous quote: "Never attribute to forethought and malice what can be explained by stupidity and incompetence."
I just realized that the fascist Oolong bit could double as an Animal Farm reference. That and just being that his original outfit *really* looked like a Nazi uniform
For some reason, the evil scientist making the wish at the beginning and being like “Did I do it right? I hope I did it right. Did it break??” makes me feel so bad for him 😭 Like legit makes me sad, even though it’s a joke, and he’s the real villain of the movie.
Blonde Launch used to shoot krillin and goku with an uzi when they were kids (db). toriyama forgot about launch when he was making dbz. so him getting shot by a gun reminded him of her
Actually, the kaioken was used as far late as DB Super, in SS Blue form. So while it wasn't used near as often as SS, it was used to augment the SS form, but both abilities are a massive drain on stamina. The more you know! 😁
The thing about Kaioken is that it is a technique that would put a SEVERE strain on the user's body. Super Sayan is a form, instead of a technique, which does pretty much the same thing, but with negligible strain. That said, nothing's ever kept Goku from using both at the same time and he has regularly done so, just keeping the Kaioken at a low level to minimise the burden. Also, this movie... would have had to happen right before he went to Namek. So he wouldn't have Super Sayan yet.
Launch shoots the main characters with bullets in dragon ball (OG) that's why he said what happened to Launch? which the answer was: The creator of dragon ball COMPLETELY forgot she existed once he started dragon ball z
Kiaoken is a pretty substantial power up no matter what because it scales. Our main characters all just happen to have super saiyan which you can’t use in conjunction with those forms
Just for reference In the actual movie Krillin did need to dodge the bullets and that's probably because the bullets are being launched from an opponent that is far far stronger then a gun would be It's also why Gohan countered the cane gun laser instead of just letting it hit him That was a joke on how bullets arnt supposed to hurt them at this point but a realistic explanation is the power of the characters shooting it out of his body
Thanks for the video. I think I've seen every DBZA from TeamFourStar and watching your reactions makes them fun to watch again. I hope you keep doing this series. Cheers Mate
In the actual movie it was Kaio-Ken x4 but even here Kaio-Ken is an exponential multiplier. x3.5 is the most his body can handle after the Vegeta fight since he has gained a zenkai (the Saiyan ability to grow stronger after almost dying)

@@flubber1557 I agree with that. I just want to see if it works with Oozaru since that's supposed to have no strain on the body.
@@zenniboi6550 that would need him to have his cognition in tact and not be under the oozaru rage though. So maybe in ss4 form he could use it. In great oozaru form it would likely be used purely by instinct if he did. Like if he was having trouble with a strong opponent and his rage built up enough that he used it by pure muscle memory in order to crush his foe harder. He wouldnt be using it on purpose. Not to mention if it fails the strain will likely be even worse when you consider an oozarus body mass. The amount of strength it takes to move that body the way it does to fight is already astounding.
Been a dragonball fan since day 1 it's nice seeing someone enjoy it as much as I did. Keep going Jack
"oh no, Goku with the brain of someone with 5 million IQ that's dangerous bro"............. he's probably gonna enjoy it
And thats how goku black came to be
You can actually see when the movie would take place in the timeline by looking at Bulma and Gohan's hairstyle and clothing.
Iirc she reappeared in DBZ when Goku creates genki dama to defeat buu
@@mihoteo She’s also in Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!!
What’s funny is Dr. Wheelo’s body has been officially shown in Dragon Ball Heroes and he’s strong enough to fight SS3 Goku/Vegeta and he looks badass too.
That's Dragon Ball Heroes, and I believe it was in the first part before it reaches actual absurd levels.
I cannot wait till you start the android saga. That’s really where the series shines brightest
He's reaallly delaying the Android and Cell Saga lol
If he went by the pace he was going back when he was watching the Saiyan Saga, we'd be on Episode 50 or something right now.
@@Xeno574 He was doing 1-2 eps per week that are usually ten minutes long. But he's been doing the movies which are at least twice that length so it make sense that the uploads have slowed down. Be patient, he could be doing these movies in part but doesn't.
@@grantisshananaa4906 I've been waiting for about 2 months now mate, I can obviously wait more.
The movies he's watching at this point are entirely unnecessary to watch, the movies may be canon in TFS continuity but what's the point of watching them out of order like this? He could've just watched them at the end after he's done.
I'm slightly annoyed but not enough to complain about it constantly.
@@Xeno574 don't wait, enjoy the experience. You're talking about a guy who played the games first and now watching the abridged. You can't get much more out of order than that lol. I excited for when Jack starts the android saga too.
@@grantisshananaa4906 Tf is your problem? What I do is none of your concern.
Masako Nozawa's voice acting in this movie was fantastic. Every kaioken scream were perfect
late to the party, but one of the reasons (canonically) why goku no longer uses the Kaio-Ken after getting super Saiyan is due to the strain Kaio-Ken puts on the body as opposed to Super Saiyan which has no down side once you get past the outburst of emotion to unlock it.
I always thought of Gohan as the main character tbh, even though he isnt treated that way often.
@@ZeallustImmortal IIRC that's why Goku was dead for so long during the Android/Cell Saga, they wanted to make Gohan the main character. But fans wanted Goku back.
Holy damn I just noticed that definitely-not-a-saibaman is voiced by abridged Kirito!
Wheelo is just evil and they just kill him)
Man this really is one of their best works. Straight up reworked the whole movie and animated a new ending
Monkey’s paw: “we need to to make a body, and put that brain inside it.” You need to be very careful about how you make your wishes.
Lmao, wheelo: I'm so sad, I just wanna be a person again
Goku: "someone needs to kill him"
Gonna love the androids and especially Cell. You could say Cell is...Perfect.
The joke "whatever happened to Lunch?" Is that Lunch disappeared after Dragon Ball, and Kuririn getting shot reminded him of launch because when she sneezes she starts shooting at everyone all the time.
Why are you calling him Kuririn? His name is Krillin
@@ahumanbeingfromtheearth1502nope. It's Kuririn. I'm calling him by his Japanese name. He is only called "Krillin" in dub.
This is my favorite DBZa movie, its just so chill and the interactions between Willow and Cochin are amazing
Man, Wheelo and that _self ult_ at the end were just the best shit.
They made this movie as good as they did since worlds strongest is one of their favorite movies in the franchise
Piccolo can destroy the moon as it is nothing but struggles with a mountain of ice. Film logic
You know, Shenron might have just been able to restore Wheelo's body or make a new one for him.
Looking forward to seeing more!
the launch thing is just a joke about how she pretty much just disappeared because Toriyama forgot she existed
And she was always STRAPPED
Though Kakarot did kinda rectify that.
Krillin mentioned launch because she would always shoot at them
Shoutout jack for finally understanding a dragon ball joke
Many of the early movies are almost stand ins for the arcs of the dbz.
Dead Zone is pre-Raditz, Tree of Might is Saiyan Saga, Lord Slug is Namek, Super Android 13 is the Android Saga.
And cooler is trunks saga and metal cooler is mid cell saga and Broly is cell games and Bojack (which never came out) after the fall saga
In the anime/manga, Kaiō Ken is only really used for 3 fights in DBZ. However, Goku went so long without fighting in the main story that 3 movies came out while it was still relevant (4 if he uses it against Cooler).
27:10 Kaioken was relevant until Super Saiyan popped up, and it was never mentioned (canonically) again......
Until Super. It was dope.
Is super kaioken canon?
@@giancarloiustini6456 No. Nothing about the Otherworld tournament is canon
The call back to launch was really cool because back in og dragon ball when launch would change into her blond form she would randomly shoot goku and the others with gun and sometimes it would just bounce off them
Glad you went back 🔥🔥
Launch used to shoot Krillin Goku and Roshi whenever they pissed her off with a fully automatic light machine gun...I think she was surprised at how ineffective it was overall but kept doing it anyways.
1. World's Strongest is said to be one of TFS' favorite DBZ movies, if not straight up their favorite. I guess the run time depicts how much care and thought they put into this work to give this movie justice, and to make it enjoyable both for the audience and TFS for working on it.
2. Another reason why Piccolo gets hammered on and pops off in these movies is.... abridged Goku literally is unphased by anything and wouldn't be nearly as hilarious to see placed in these situations like say Piccolo or Tenshinhan (Tien Shinhan) xD
Not much to explain here, Jakc has gotten pretty good at figuring DB things out xD
Now all that's left is, if you want to, to watch The Christmas Tree of Might abridged movie, DBZ Kai Abridged 2.0 and 2.9 before going to episode 32! :D
We need more dbz abridged reactions drop everything else and give us more lmao...
Mean Launch's go-to attack was pulling out an uzi and spraying some bullets. Krillin was often on the receiving end of this, hence the machine gun joke
“Well then Electrocutionate him, IDGAF!”
Best…line…
24:14 Launch used to shoot at Goku, Krillin, and Master Roshi when the 2 of them were just kids. Idk how but she always had an AR in her back pocket
MaskaoX's Kaioken is intentionally the inverse of Peter Kelamis' Goku (whom the basis of TFS Goku originates) from the dub of the film, this is Peter's Goku for comparison to Masako's: ruclips.net/video/RuViG2-w_To/видео.html
Lani, Kaiser and Taka (Curtis Arnott) all forgot over time that they did the gag with Yamcha, and all laughed like hyenas when they streamed all the movies they did and saw that gag with Yamcha being pwned by Biomen.
The Ending of this one was the first time TFS did ANYTHING original in terms of animation for DBZA pre HFIL and DragonShortZ... so no editing the source like Saiyan handbooks, Muffin Buttons or Nappa on Vouge magazines...
Oolong saying he's gonna wish for panties is a reference to OG Dragon Ball (which, if i remember correctly, is something he did to prevent Emperor Pilaf from wishing for something -I don't remember exactly what)
There's just one more movie, Christmas Tree of Might.
for your question about the kaioken it was goku strongest technic of "boosting capacities" untill SSl ( and genkidama ( spirit bomb) for atack)! the serie is a neketsu so there is always power uos with stronger enemies!
AND THE KRILL DOG’S IN THE HOUSE!
Launch liked to shoot krillin and goku when they got on her nerves @ishinobi which is why krillin remembered her while being shot
Episode of Bardock is my favorite of the Abridged movies and specials but this is right up there. Really like how they altered the story.
Worlds strongest is my favorite of the dbza movies. The jokes are outstanding
I just realized the biomen has the same voice as kirito from sao abridged
17:57 Goku decks Feeza in the schnoz ! Reference to DBZ Abridged: Episode 27 - 8:04.
For some reason, the evil scientist making the wish at the beginning and being like “Did I do it right? I hope I did it right. Did it break??” makes me feel so bad for him 😭 Like legit makes me sad, even though it’s a joke, and he’s the real villain of the movie.
Blonde Launch used to shoot krillin and goku with an uzi when they were kids (db). toriyama forgot about launch when he was making dbz. so him getting shot by a gun reminded him of her
Broooooooooooo one of the “bio men” voices is kirito from sao abridged 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Actually, the kaioken was used as far late as DB Super, in SS Blue form. So while it wasn't used near as often as SS, it was used to augment the SS form, but both abilities are a massive drain on stamina. The more you know! 😁
Bro I love this so much you need to do it more often
The thing about Kaioken is that it is a technique that would put a SEVERE strain on the user's body.
Super Sayan is a form, instead of a technique, which does pretty much the same thing, but with negligible strain. That said, nothing's ever kept Goku from using both at the same time and he has regularly done so, just keeping the Kaioken at a low level to minimise the burden.
Also, this movie... would have had to happen right before he went to Namek. So he wouldn't have Super Sayan yet.
Launch used to be one the main support characters alongside bulma and roshi infact goku krillin roshi and launch used to live together at kame house
DBZA’s “Christmas Tree of Might” is next!
So wheeler is just basically vegapunk???
He should watch Roshi use the kamehameha to destroy the moon
Launch shoots the main characters with bullets in dragon ball (OG) that's why he said what happened to Launch?
which the answer was: The creator of dragon ball COMPLETELY forgot she existed once he started dragon ball z
Kiaoken is a pretty substantial power up no matter what because it scales. Our main characters all just happen to have super saiyan which you can’t use in conjunction with those forms
I JUST realised Yamcha's DBFZ intro is a reference to Krillin's entrance in this movie
Just for reference
In the actual movie
Krillin did need to dodge the bullets and that's probably because the bullets are being launched from an opponent that is far far stronger then a gun would be
It's also why Gohan countered the cane gun laser instead of just letting it hit him
That was a joke on how bullets arnt supposed to hurt them at this point but a realistic explanation is the power of the characters shooting it out of his body
YESSS!! Finally!! More dragon ball reaction!! My favorite stuff from you!! Do more please!
If you want to see Master Roshi fight, know more about Launch and the Red Ribbon Army, or see Goku vs Piccolo WATCH DRAGONBALL thank you very much
Kaioken was the "SSJ transformation" before we reached that power level-
Thanks for the video. I think I've seen every DBZA from TeamFourStar and watching your reactions makes them fun to watch again. I hope you keep doing this series. Cheers Mate
0:59 And he seems to get it in the upcoming movie.
Christmas Tree of Might!!
And Bardock 2
When you see tfs broly movie, make sure you save it right before a certain tournament begins in the actual abridge series
In the actual movie it was Kaio-Ken x4 but even here Kaio-Ken is an exponential multiplier. x3.5 is the most his body can handle after the Vegeta fight since he has gained a zenkai (the Saiyan ability to grow stronger after almost dying)
Gohan pointed out that the Dragon Ball wish(s) are like a money's paw you have to be specific on what you want.
1) Kaioken is broken af... Just wait until Super
2) Think of each DBZ movie as a Marvel's "what if". Each movie takes place in what would've happened if the canon universe went a different way
This is easily one of the best DBZ abridged movies. So many good jokes in this one.
It's also great because it took one of the most uninteresting DBZ movies and made it entertaining.
I love abridged so much. 24:35 it's because launch always shot at goku, ke loin and master roshi
"Maybe if I just set it down" is my favorite joke in all of DBZA.
If i'm correct the last movie before the Cell stuff is "Tree of Might"
