If you noticed the person lifting on the platform to his right was Wes Kitts. Wes Kitts best total as a 109kg lifter was 399kg. Karlos did 391kg at Europeans with a 395kg personal best, all while weighing 20kg less. You also at some points saw Nathan Damron the US's 89kg lifter who Karlos currently leads by 25kg. Say what you want about steroids, Karlos Nasar is Strong.
Wes Kitts also isn't a lifelong natty fwiw. The main difference is starting the sport full-time at 8 years old vs. starting the sport later in life after football, crossfit, injuries etc. with a day job.
@@yanchoyanakiev Yeah, my questions is how his knees handle IT. I'm also weightlifter and from time i started train every day twice, I lift a lot more, but i also have a lot more injures. So is he eating Animal Flex 10 times a day or what??? He look very healthy.
Its interesting how high his trunk rises during the transition to his second pull. Most coaches always say to keep the angle of your trunk the same through the first pull and not to raise your hips too fast. I'm guessing the longer femurs require that adaptation. Its a testament to Nassar's incredible strength, kid is as strong as they come.
clarence was around 100kg when he did 220kg, carlos is 10 kg less than him. thats a big gap. clarence is impressive but he has no chance against the athletes from -89 and -102 weightclasses.
@ash6415 Less They can't do anything at the right times, because the testing is randomized throughout the year, they come to your place unexpectedly.
Buddy, this guy has 20+ tons training sessions. Imagine the weight that goes through his body almost all the time. He would develop muscle groups without training them simply because of the intensiity.
No bigger flex than lifting heavy wearing a shirt with your portrait on it
you a defo gay
I would need 6 months to recover from a session like this… 😂
Go check out Clarence Kennedy's programs. Hehe
You adapt to how you train, if you just keep building slowly and don't increase the volume too suddenly you adapt
@@stewartdriflot4050 But Clarence admitted on gear so anyone doing what he does wouldn't be able to recover the same if they are natty.
The Bulgarian method was: lay in bed 20 hours every day.
All of us media people felt obligated to train after filming this session
When your gym membership expire tomorrow😁
Lmaoo
This man basically can show the world his whole training without risking someone uses it because it not applies to normal human beeings 🔥
If his shirt didn't give it away, his name is Karlos Nasar.

He proably has bed in locker room.
he does this training twice a day :)

@@utututu4404 well he’s 20y/o. Recovery rate is fast. Career though- normally don’t last too long exactly for these reasons.
@@yanchoyanakiev any strict info about his nutrition and weekly exercises?
Still only 19 years old!
The Re-Rack at 180 KG is insane 😅
My shoulder muscles hurt just from watching
Kid is all power n torque.
Crazy volume and intensity
this man just won the gold medal in paris 89kg olympic weightlifting, it seems that the workout is paying out
not even the chinese weightlifters who dominate olympic weightlifting train at this intensity. insane strength and work ethic

He has atrocious technique, but compensates for it with insane strength
Its crazy that people are able to through this. Makes me think of those old Bulgarian style Olympic training videos. I hope his body can hold together
BULGARIAN POWER thats how we roll
Wes kitts in the background like “so this is what weightlifting looks like” lmao
BRAVO KARLOS 👏👏👌👍🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬
If motivation was a movie

10:11 That dump was highkey cold looking

1:46 anyone think Karlos loaded up the bar that way to make the colors look like those on the Bulgarian flag 😅
Wes Kitts and Nathan Damron casually in the background
Nice!!!! 博主辛苦了
120 is heavy clean and jerk for me.. for Karlos.. 150 is nothing z.z
Yo 120 is a great number! We are not Olympians lol
@davidec.4021 haha thank you man 🙏🏼
Amazing......
Bulgarian Vitor Belfort
This filmed in one session ? How long they rest time for different forms ?
1-2 minutes, the whole session was around 90 minutes
1-2 minutes? Also for the heavy pulls? Insane
@@SquatJerkJournalistwaw they built different 😂
It's interesting how he started first with c&j and then snatch...
can you tell us where got that thumbnail picture from.
basically bulgarian
How
역시 역도선수는 다르다
That’s them muscle cakes. Mm.
Clarence Kennedy did 220 at only slightly higher body weight. Madness.

Clarence would not pass the drug testing. Competition lifters take less PEDs.
@gyorgygajdos1657 less or more? I don't think it's less but they have to cycle on and off at the right times. Clarence won't need to do that.
@kaanburuklar8665 he was cleaning 200k though when he was lighter under 100kg. So he's in the ball park.

6:45 Julio Iglesias in a Bulgarian gym…as a Spaniard, it made me smile 🥲
What a beast is this guy, so much potential 🍀
this vdo is a clear example of the difference between an olympian and a normal person
Absolute monster
Hands down one of my favourite lifters in The world
Jesus christ
he makes the weight look so light. insane strength
When does he do biceps and triceps???
