I have a 27yr old daughter and she is quirky just like you! I tell her to never lose the funny because it makes everyone happy. You have it too! Don't lose it my dear, even when days are tough because it will do more for you than unhappy or sad times! BTW great recipe!
I just made the sauce today with leftover tomatoes from the garden. Informative video. It cooked down very nicely just like you said it would. It was the quickest way that I have ever made homemade tomato sauce. I did add a little grated romano cheese at the end (personal preference). But I was very pleased with the flavor and consistency of the sauce. Another way that Instant Pot is better than regular stove top. Great video!
I made this today only difference is I added peppers to my sauce before I blended and then I added peppers mushrooms and onions to the finished sauce for a hearty chunkiness. Whhhoooo my hubby came home and said this was the BEST SAUCE he has ever tasted in his entire life thank you so much Chanty.
So great to see the Instant Pot back. It is been a minute or two. Also nice to see this channel growing. Closing in on 25K 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Have a fabulous day Chanty 😃
Great video! Your early videos inspired my wife and I to buy an instant pot and it has been an awesome addition to our home! We make your vegan chili alot and we did do instant pot tomatoe sauce this summer too! Look forward to more uploads 👌
I know it’s not nice to relish in others’ failures, but I was really relieved to hear to you suck at gardening too. For some reason, I figured plant eaters must just have amazing green thumbs via karma or something, but I was devastated when my whole crop came out almost inedible. Thanks for commiserating!
Roma and San Marzano tomatoes are paste tomatoes and don't have the extra seeds and liquid. Regular tomatoes each have a different consistency and flavored try different ones to find your favorite
I would've personally done this in the pressure cooker setting. It's much faster and for the sauce, use peeled cento san marzano tomatoes. Put them in a blender first and for every 16 ounces, 1 tablespoon of Redwine and olive oil as well for a reduction.
Of all tine Instant Pots I've seen RUclips and other places, ours are the only two like each others. Most have the handle going all the way across. You recipe looks great, nice job on the garden, hope to see you soon again.....
You are an angel. I was at the store literally just thinking about needing to make my own sauce and here you are answering my prayers! 😍

This looks perfect! Where's the parmesan cheese recipe? Also, for the Bolognese, are the lentils raw or canned and already cooked?
Thanks much love

Add sugar to the fertilizer used to feed the tomatoes, and water a bit more often. Otherwise, good work on those maters
