The Fram filter for the 5.9 is PH16, not 43. And it is easier to do if you get under the truck from behind the passenger side tire.

With how old everyones dodges are at this point USE LUCAS ENGINE OIL STOP LEAK and just put 4 in and sub the whole bottle for the 5th quart

First mistake is using a fram

well I gave you a thumbs up.. for trying 😅. I would say there’s no way that is a ram 5.9L Cummins diesel. They hold 12qts and the oil pan is not that configuration.
