Why do they do that? My Honey Bun does this and I’m so scared to step on her when it’s dark. It’s like she’s going right under my feet
I put a small copy of my cap I made by hand on my baby bunny she looked like a gangster.
I was not used to my bunnies coming around my feet and one day as I turned around I accidentally stepped on the one. Now we now bunnies do not make sounds but mine definitely yelped. Both took off like rockets and one actually jumped my high bath and sat there in 5mm of water (luckily it was not filled, since then I make sure of that). Aww I did not know whether to laugh or cry.
Our old bunny was raised by a cat so he thought he was one, He would chase them around the house and sleep with them.
Yeah my friend just got a new puppy and the dog thinks the bunny is a dog and the bunny thinks the dog is a bunny they are best friends

My bunny was raised with cats too! Never had a sweeter more cuddly bunny!
I had a rabbit for 10 years as a child. He followed me around the garden weaving in between my feet and often came wondering inside if I wasn't in the garden. He really was so special. He was extremely clever and bouncy and resulted in his name being Bounca. The day he died, he got out his playpen and came all the way up to the door as if to look for me and say goodbye. It was absolutely heartbreaking, he meant the world to me!

I just got two rabbits as a gift from my uncle, and watching these videos help a lot! I didn't even know rabbits hated being picked up, hating their backs getting pet, and hating getting chased! I have a lot of apologizing and head pats to do-

Sadly, i'm a mess, so i do not have a schedule or routine (i'm working on it tho). but my bunny is used to my inconsistency, she seems like a happy and healthy bunny. sometimes she's mad at me and ignores me, when i stayed up all night again (she lives with me in my bedroom). but we still get along pretty well...

When you said don’t chase your rabbit, I smiled. My rabbit and I made up a game where she’d chase me around the backyard. It was like a one-sided tag. She’d sprint after me and I’d stop and we would have a stare off and then I’d run a different direction. I think she must’ve liked feeling in control and feeling dominant as a prey animal.
I used to run screaming after my bunny chasing it for minutes until it became paralyzed, then I’d pick it up by the scruff and say “silly rabbit trix are for kids”. Ah that was fun

BEST THING I HEARD IN MY LIFE
My lionhead absolutely loves being pet on his back. If I sit on the floor, he comes up to me and sits in my lap or in front of me and wants me to give him back rubs. If I stop, he looks at me and turns around and comes back again until I start petting him again. He stays for ages while I pet him.

I’m not gonna lie right now but MY RABBIT LOVED ME, he followed me EVERYWHERE he wanted me to pet him always... um so I did 😐 HE WAS JUST TO CUTE and he loved when I held him like he would run to me and when i picked him up it’s like I could have held him for hours HE WOULD NOT MOVE OR JUMP he was the most loving rabbit I have ever seen in my life, welp only to me, he hated everyone else but me, he always wanted me to be with him. But sadly he passed away from old age, he lived a very peaceful life and he is in a better place now 😇🐰
My 1dt naby bunny was like that - got it at 6 weeks. But 2 weeks later decided to get his sister as well. Now they are 3 months and even though they come up to me (they freeroam - especially when I am on my bed) they do get "wilder" if I skip a day holding them a little. Bit they love coming right up to me and jumping on top of me or over me or doing binkies etc all over my bed playing speedy gonzales all over my bedroom.
My bunny loves to be held. He loves to snuggles in my boyfriends jackets he used to fit in hoodie pocket when he was little.
Rabbits actually don’t have the best hearing. In fact they don’t even make the tops ten list. Unusually enough a moth has the best known hearing in the human and animal kingdom.

My rabbits used to live outside. We gave them a hutch, but they dug a hole instead. Then one ran away after 4 years and the other died at the end of the month.
My new baby bun is actually coexisting very nicely with my two cats, and I think he’s actually the boss now 😂 it helps that all three of them are very placid (although one of my cats, the tiny one, is scared of eVERYTHING and was also very frightened of the bABY BUN at first) 💛
Of course I’m not comfortable leaving them all alone without me to supervise (not sure if I’ll ever do that tbh), but yesterday they were all playing together and my rabbit began doing the binky jump for the first time 💛 then my tiny cat began copying him it was glorious 😂😂😂

And then when cats try to say hi he ignores them, and when the cats ignore him, he has no sense of personal space. And one time when in his outdoor pen, my mom let a few of her sheep out and he was trying to say hi, not a predatory animal, but it's still way bigger then him.

These are all so true! Hilariously, my rabbit loves being absolutely smothered, and pet all over his back. But he’s grown into it because everytime he backed off from my loving advances as a baby, he learned I would let him go if he wanted space. And now, three years later, he’ll sit with me in a deep bear hug for a long time. Strangely he’s also perfectly docile about me moving his things around if I need to, as we share the same living space. But to respect him, I always like to put them back and he gets that. Man I love rabbits

Bunny death warning-
My sister put a shirt on a black Beveren named Onyx. Left Onyx and my rabbit in a hutch outside. I checked on my rabbit every day but my sister didn't bother to play with Onyx. Finally I realized that Onyx had sat in the litter box for two days straight. I pulled the whole box out and managed to get her out.. only to discover that in trying to get the shirt off, she had dislocated her front leg. I called many vets the next day after getting her inside and sitting on a fluffy towel with food, water and hay within reach (it was Easter when I found her). Vets thought I was crazy. I assured them it was dislocated. They offered to put her down. Finally found a rabbit savvy vet, and they x-rayed her and found it was dislocated with a torn tendon. Ligaments were out of whack as well. $205 vet bill for me (my sister is broke) and $1000 for surgery if we wanted to fix it.
The next day she died from stress. We buried her out in an old field on a horse farm, under a tree.
Please don't put clothes on your rabbits if you don't have to. I don't wanna see anyone else suffer the way this rabbit did. Please. Please be cautious.

I’m a new rabbit mom, and I just want to say thank you, your channel helped me successfully litter train her and taught me about free roaming.
My bun is so possessive of her stuff and time I switch her blankets to wash them or take her litter box to deep clean it she comes over and scopes me out like "Um excuse me human that's mine where are you taking it?!". She will also hoard scraps of old beaten up chewed apart toys and when I find her stash and get rid of it she'll try to break into the garbage to get them back despite the fact that I've just presented her with new ones. I know it makes her mad but she's funny.

My cats are scared of my bunny and he runs up to them and sniffs and nudges them in the face

My smaller bunny is about the same size as my brother's dog, but the dog is much more muscular than either of my boys. My cat and rabbits have a very chill relationship, they allow each other to exist and show mild interest in each other, though if either of the rabbits is sick or hurt I keep them away from the cat.
The cat doesnt know its power....yet
I keep my bunny just outside my garden door, she has access to my bedroom all day, but I sleep by myself, she was an outside bunny when we adopted her and didn't do well inside, so this was a good way to make sure she's still comfortable.
She's 9 this year, a little fluffy Rex cloud.

my rabbit lived the first 2 years of her life being best buds with a small dog and now lives freely around my home with my two cats and they love each other dearly
My bunny is an exception. He loves being around with my 9 year old lady Pincher. They absolutely tolerate each other, perhabs because my dog have a really calm and friendly personality. My bunny often follows my dog around the house and even sleep with her. So i think it depends on the dog, how the bunny react to it.🥰

I used to have a rabbit called Ruben; a small brown one. I used to fill his bowl with food in front of him, until one day he became so territorial over his food! The boy would charge at our hands and do a little growl, when we go near his food bowl. He had to take him out the hutch then fill his bowl from that point forward. 😂
My buns really like stuff to be the same so we literally cleaned the playroom (were they live) for Christmas and the buns be stomping while we were just moving some boxes lol
