    its not about how heavy you train, its about keeping perfect form, keeping the tension throughout the movement, taking momentum out if the movement, contracting the muscle, how long you rest between sets, negative and positive phase of the movement.
    these principles when done properly produce rapid muscle and strength grow.

      No but weight is a factor also, you need to progress. Too many dudes keep doing the same weight for years straight, without any progress.

    Cedric Mcmillan's back is extremely underrated. He's 6'1, that's a large frame and a ton of muscle he needs to pack on just to look good. P4P probably the best back in the IFBB.

    Cedric should do his calf workout, damn it'd hard to grow a pair of calves when your tall and this dudes got em

    • @Torengest
      @Torengest 7 лет назад +2

      his calves are his weakest body part tho

    • @Lucario996
      @Lucario996 7 лет назад +4

      Dumbelmore Caprio yes that's true, however because of his height and his genetic insertion of his calves they are damn well impressive none the less

      Superset your calves first no weight than use weight

    • @mousealexander6412
      @mousealexander6412 4 года назад +2

      Chris Cormier said you should stretch the calves for two days for about 10-15 minutes then work them on the third. Said the calves are so tight it’s hard for blood and everything to flow through like other body parts. So get a good stretch to where it kind of hurts and foam roll.

    @ 5:24 cedrick there is evidence to back what you're saying if you look up Homeostasis it's the body's constant tendency to maintain a healthy internal environment regardless of the outside influences (styles of lifting/exercise eating habits sleep patterns, physical trauma anything that our body has to adapt to recover or repair from so you were dead on with that man respect man

    4:30 Im allready in. I now train every day everything and do so with great succes and so far, a year in, no injuries and no sign of overtraining. Im starting to look pretty mean too.
    Many things in growth and fatdecrease etc. is based on belief; Just see the people telling you that you cannot grow and burn fat at the same time, but that instead allways have to bulk up to gain .... what a bogus these people running around with in their heads; What superstitious beliefsystem they created to make the world make sense in their misperception of reality.
    Developing muscle and tissue by stimulating our evolutionary pathdeveloped bodies, seem to be the way to go.

    Saying he has no Science to back this training is Bullshit, that's how science says over and over you really need to train , and this is NOT NEW, Arthur Jones started this in the 60,s and 70"s Mike Mentzer Put on the map and Dorian Yates has been talking about it and trained like this during his Olympia Raign it's Called H.I.T. High Intensity Training or Heavy Duty High Intensity Training
