Now this is Bodybuilding!!!! Cedric, most aesthetic in the heavy weight division. Top 5 Mr Olympia
RIP big boy. You'll always be an inspiration for us. God bless ya!
its not about how heavy you train, its about keeping perfect form, keeping the tension throughout the movement, taking momentum out if the movement, contracting the muscle, how long you rest between sets, negative and positive phase of the movement.
these principles when done properly produce rapid muscle and strength grow.
Edwin - You're giving away the secrets! 🙄. Good thing mine and many other gyms are full of guys that gotta ego lift to impress their bros. 👍🏽🙏🏽
Roy I was one of those guys until i came across (high intensity training) book at my local library.
Progressive overload
No but weight is a factor also, you need to progress. Too many dudes keep doing the same weight for years straight, without any progress.
Much respect to that, u couldn't have said it any better than that
Cedric Mcmillan's back is extremely underrated. He's 6'1, that's a large frame and a ton of muscle he needs to pack on just to look good. P4P probably the best back in the IFBB.
RIP legend
Cedric should do his calf workout, damn it'd hard to grow a pair of calves when your tall and this dudes got em
his calves are his weakest body part tho
Dumbelmore Caprio yes that's true, however because of his height and his genetic insertion of his calves they are damn well impressive none the less
Superset your calves first no weight than use weight
Chris Cormier said you should stretch the calves for two days for about 10-15 minutes then work them on the third. Said the calves are so tight it’s hard for blood and everything to flow through like other body parts. So get a good stretch to where it kind of hurts and foam roll.
Extremely underrated Household name one the Best RIP Cedric
Love Cedric, he's definitely one of the greatest of our time.Great Video!
My man rocking the headphones from 1995
This guy has the key. Trusts his feelings. One major thing I learned when I finally figured out how to get my muscles to grow is that bodybuilding is 1% physical and 99% mental.
@ 5:24 cedrick there is evidence to back what you're saying if you look up Homeostasis it's the body's constant tendency to maintain a healthy internal environment regardless of the outside influences (styles of lifting/exercise eating habits sleep patterns, physical trauma anything that our body has to adapt to recover or repair from so you were dead on with that man respect man
Its time to bring 'it' on the olympia stage Cedric. You will be a worthy champion.
💪

I'm gonna try this 'slow n low' style, i like the way you describe it's value.
Cheers bro

Cedric, you have all of the science to back it up... #BroScience #MrO2017
He's right about not damaging the muscle. Look at Branch Warren!
How to You just stinulate the Muscle ? Its going to break down Muscle anyway sine ur training ?
IF YOU DON'T LIKE CEDI MAC THAN YOU DON'T LIKE YOURSELF!!!! AND HIS PHYSIQUE IS WORLD CLASS!!!!!

True, u don't have to damage muscles to get muscles
Beast
Salute🏋🏻♂️
Did he really built that back with these exercises?
no, he built that back with a ton of gear
Le Demo you're so fucking stupid yes he on steriods but you got to do these and other exercises to get the growth and eat a shit load. so you go and stick to what you do to stay small and weak..
Le Demo yes he takes gear, but he also has dedicated every day of his adult life to this cause and pushed through many pain barriers and punished his body with extreme dieting for competition.
shane blue sky i belief so?
hahaha before you talk shit check his channel or his training workout this exercises is his favourite workout
@ 5:19 LMFAOOO!! I'm a try this!
That thing about muscle damage and repair actually makes sense
Well its not rocket science but i never thought of it like that
Patrick Bateman Old Lee Haney principal. Stimulate, don't annihilate!
And he was very intelligent, too !
Only if he could have forearms, lower back, bit more mass in his chest, and more seperation between bi and tri he will be future mr olympia
RIP Big Ced
2:33 there goes your back boys and girls
The broscience is strong in this one! Must be on to something cause he's juicy AF!
In reality. It takes more muscle fibres to explode.
Tajbir Singh These bodybuilders typically know shit about training, only injecting themselves
So Barry White is a bodybuilder now?
nawec8484 L
Did Cedric quit his job to focus on the Olympia?
No
Damn, he looks like GTA San Andreas main character with double buff cheat
100% right about calluses. My uncle has alligator thick skin. It is because he always hurt his hands. Those things are thick man more thicker than arm wrestlers and rough very rough. Cedric fuck the science bro it's true.
Music?
i always see a visible difference on stage and i think this type of training style is why he will never win an olympia, although i personally like his physique the best, judges want a grainer, massive look
Bodybuilders are lucky that everyone is scared to come to the gym when they are there, since they all always get an empty gym.
I swear, I'm not hating but his breathing is wayyy too heavy. This is the gear or all of his muscle/weight and/or a combo. I commend these gym warriors but the effect that all of this has on their health is too detrimental.
But we've seen BBer after BBer die before age 50...God bless smh.
Sadly, you’re 100% right…
My side hurts from laughing at them leggings brah
I'm with you on that. I never understood why some of these bodybuilders wear them.
Mayowa Adebesin they look comfy tbh
4:30 Im allready in. I now train every day everything and do so with great succes and so far, a year in, no injuries and no sign of overtraining. Im starting to look pretty mean too.
Many things in growth and fatdecrease etc. is based on belief; Just see the people telling you that you cannot grow and burn fat at the same time, but that instead allways have to bulk up to gain .... what a bogus these people running around with in their heads; What superstitious beliefsystem they created to make the world make sense in their misperception of reality.
Developing muscle and tissue by stimulating our evolutionary pathdeveloped bodies, seem to be the way to go.
First… oh wait
It's like watching a deezed ass sloth working out.
like some hybrid mutation that crawled out of the science lab...not just cedric, EVERY heavy weight BBer competing at these levels.....
Saying he has no Science to back this training is Bullshit, that's how science says over and over you really need to train , and this is NOT NEW, Arthur Jones started this in the 60,s and 70"s Mike Mentzer Put on the map and Dorian Yates has been talking about it and trained like this during his Olympia Raign it's Called H.I.T. High Intensity Training or Heavy Duty High Intensity Training
Rip
Jesus walking
No wonder he can't crack top 5 in the O if his full back workout is 10 minutes long ;p kidding of course... but the title is kinda stupid....
Its called editing
He's out of breath just from talking Jesus Christ
It was about 85 degrees inside of the gym that day! We turned the AC off for audio purposes.
yeah, it's called physical exercise
marc Dalton Yeah between sets 😂 Im out of breath myself training natty at 155 pound bodyweight. Clearly you dont train hard enough in the gym, if at all...You should be out of breath!!!
try training hard, then maybe you'll see why him and everyone else who works out hard, are out of breath you fat pig :D
You get out of breath faster if you're on gear like Tren. It's a fact.
