Gave this workout a crack last night and u have to agree with the rack pulls being more focused on the back instead of the legs. Usually start with deadlifts and never really get a good pull on the lag pull downs. All in all, I really felt this was a good workout for me
nice vid...arent u supposed to stick chest out on seated pull? seems leaning back cheats any gain u hope to get..and when ur doing the rack pull are u doing it as a stiff leg? want to know so if i add it to leg day where i do dead lifts..or back day...
Each workout i follow are just as intense as one another, i added some slight variations although mainly kept to the routine and noted the tips which gave me a very intensified back workout!

I use regular deadlifts for my lower back. That's where I feel it the most.. When working legs, I use straight legged deadlifts to hit the hamstrings. Most the time I use both on back day and I feel both in my lower back but also my legs.. And when I do legs 2 days later it makes me train my legs harder to get more burn.
+NIGGAS he says "straps" actually. In the context of him using them and still having good forearms because he used to do hard labor. All you guys should listen instead of just hearing what you want to hear.. like roids and drugs..

When doing the seated row he leans in before each rep. Is that to target the lower back as well?
well the pauses and full extension of the back help with tearing up the muscles.
