Traveling across the country can make meal prep a bit of a challenge, but when you are 3X Mr. Universe you make it happen! As soon as Calum arrived to the M&S studio the first place he went to was the kitchen to prepare his food for the next two days and share some of his tips on how he preps his food during a contest prep.

These pro bodybuilder guys are definitely not foodies. It's just fuel to them.
The biggest takeaway from this video is how he cooked his food with barely any seasoning. Eating chicken breast straight up is not easy.
I don't season mine either. After eating it for so long you just get over seasoning it lol
After a while I just started buying random sauces to put on it and just run through them. The chicken taste way better if you marinate it but most of the time of too lazy and I just deal with it.
You can use some pepper and lemons. No problem there.
Hot sauce or lemon will always do the trick

+Arch Spek Never understand people talking about the "hard work" required to attain those physiques for people who aren't natural. Because that "hard work" is MUCH easier "hard work" than people who are completely natural. Recovery is better, you have 10x the gains so motivation is better, etc. "hard work" is not really the hard work when you have a help from drugs. Also, this guy with his "hard work" would look about half his size if he weren't on something and nobody would be watching his videos because he would not be very impressive and little fanboys like yourself wouldn't be defending him.

Pinning up several times a week, daily when using growth, test suspension etc. Eating 5000 + calories a day in the off season. Taking thyroid hormones just to get lean enough for one show. Training with either extreme intensity or volume. All when maintaining some sort of a job too pay for all they're drugs/ food. That doesn't sounds like the easy way out to me.

Before training, I didn't notice whatever meat need to eat, but now, chicken, beef, pork are common. There are many other ways to cook and make the taste even better, but I don't thing these meal here won't last people for long to continue eating throughout their training lifestyle. Taste is important after all.
Its crazy how many guys are Mama's boys this guy clearly being one of them. Nothing wrong with that I'm also what you would consider a "Mama's boy". Most guys are just naturally close to there mothers I guys.

You can still make great flavorful meals in under 10mins and even hit all the nutritional requirements . Besides it's worth the time and effort since your cooking for a whole week .

That chicken was not seasoned
4 meals. 9oz of chicken breast or lean ground beef with a side of 7 oz of either brown rice or sweet potatoe. is that right? i couldn't really tell at the end
+Trevor Hernandez likely its more than 4 meals. Most likely he has 8 meals a day. not every1 exactly like this seeing as there is almost 0 fat. Which would be detrimental to your hormonal balance, despite any "vitamins"
