Ronnie Coleman is unique. Most bodybuilders have to train heavy. Ronnie is the only bodybuilder I know who did it using only "light weight, baby!". And "nothing but a peanut."

+Sadik Meah Um Ronnie trained heavier than most bodybuilders. He yells lightweight baby as a mental thing, but he fucking rows 495 deadlifts 800 and squats 800 shoulder presses 315 and benches 200 pound dumbbells and leg presses like 22 45's on each side. That is not light by any means.

Kind of had to wonder when Chris said he doesn't think about hurting himself or injury....Ronnie suffered 2 herniated discs & now has a double hip replacement because of his training style. Let's be honest here Ronnie was a genetic marvel, he could have grown just by looking at a weight but when you train like that someone on you is going to go it's only a matter of time. You can train heavy yet smart, the Metroflex style never made sense to me.....hard working yes, heavy weight yes, but they literally just toss weight around wildly with every muscle they've got at the sacrifice of form.
Ronnie...there'll never be another like him. But he should take it easy on himself after the surgery. These weights are too much for his present condition.

Roonie has one of the greatest work ethics in the sport, but I wish he would talk about the prices he had to pay more. Now he is in constant pain as a result of his training, to anyone out there watching this video, train hard but train smart. Your body will thank you in years to come.

Makes me sad to see Ronnie Coleman. It shows that the Time stops in front of no one...included Ronnie Coleman. I mean he looks fantastic and is strong as fuck, but also he looks tired and old. Compare this VIdeo with a Video 3-5 Years ago, .. it´s another World. In his older Videos his eyes are shining during his Training Videos, this "eye shining" is away. He is one of the greatest Bodybuilder ever, and he ever will be a Legend in Bodybuilding. But i have to say it again, ... this Video also shows me that the Time is running and everything will change and end. All good for you /0

That is so inspiring and motivating to show the never quite attitude that Ron shows. Would love to see Ronnie make a big come back and compete in 2016 Mr. Olympia next year against Phil Heath, Kai greene and all the others even Jay Cutler. That would be a sight to see. The pregnant belly is what caused him to get the hip replacement, plus due to the hardcore intensity, it's really deteriorated the bone strength, you can also Ronnie's torn left lat, his torn tricep and I may be wrong, but he also tore his bicep at some point. Cory also has the pregnant belly, so good luck on him trying to win anything
