My Sclerosis is in my Lumbar vertebrae. My Lumbar region curves to the right in a twisting motion. Leaving my back 5/6 inches out of alignment. I am 68yrs old and I have done hard physical labor my whole life.i worked in a sawmill 22yrs. Oh, I'm a woman who is in a great deal of pain. All doctors have told me back fusion is what they recommend. Yikes! No way
Sorry for this question if it seems dumb. My scoliosis leans to the right so the X-ray looks like your T-shirt. If I mirror the direction of your movements will I be doing it correctly? My curve is on the left on the X-ray. So do I move away to the right?

If it is not too painful, keep doing your exercises and stretches. Our body is wonderful at adapting. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

If the right shoulder is up, thats the durection of your scoliosis. The video wont be a mirror then

Yes your good arm can help. And during the strengthening part, dont using weights or theraband. Just do it slow or more reps
