girl same....., was so heartbroken over a situationship with a guy... never felt like this before. still healing from it but literally, I can feel it changing me as a person. I'm more dedicated to my routines and being healthy, and more true to myself. It does get better :)) but I feel like you need to let yourself hurt a bit, surround yourself with good friends or find an outlet for those emotions. give yourself time, let yourself heal, and know that good and better things are coming because you deserve it.

Fr girl. people need to go through grief whether that be over a guy a death of a loved one losing a friend anything. It makes you stronger we have emotions for a reason you gotta feel them all the way through so you can get over them if you shove them down they will always be there till you address them.
i literally relate to the part about not being able to be friends with guys without feeling like they could like you in that way or just not being able to be friends. I've had that problem throughout highschool, but now that i'm almost done, ive learnt this year that all i have to do is see guys the same way i see my friends that are girls and just treat everyone equally, anyways you look really happy!! love your videos sm

I had a really nice friend (which was girl) but guys in my class ruined it and girls from her side , they always romancize us and say some s*itty things , even when we were literally studying . And it was easy to tease people like me and her becouse both of us were the one who got really bad bullied . Still she was my really good friend till end of my 10th grade , after that we went into different journey and sadly couldn't exchange number or anything

My quest to my "soulmate" literally led me to be so over conscious around almost any guy. Like i subconsciously treated most guys and girls diff. Any guy that found attractive always held up a small "what if he's the one" question in my brain. That led to me not moving with ease with the opposite gender due to trying present myself in the most put together way. Like geez, i need to relax... the one" ain't running away. MAI OMG. i needed this video so fricking bad. i'm going through a breakup right now that affected me this exact way. before i watched this i thought he was the only one for me and i NEEDED him but no, what i need to do it love myself before i can love someone else.
Thank you for helping me out of my depression, i've still got loads of issues but after i ended my long term relationship recently i got really depressed. So that on top of a bunch of family stress i just became bedridden and developed loads of physical issues, i quit my job and stopped going to therapy, basically i was just going through it; but when i stumbled onto your channel around June of this year you really helped pull me out of that depressing state and helped me with the decision to go back to therapy.
