I’m 43 and I’ve been a fan since I was 11 my first superhero was Spider-Man then as I got older it became Batman much more so when the 89 film came out and it was batmania and then Hollywood killed I’m then this movie came out and Batman was huge again more so when The Dark Knight came out . Now as a grown ass man with kids of my own it’s just crazy that now it’s cool to like superheroes. Back then u was a nerd or geek . Now it’s normal . But I’ll always love Batman

He's not even a superhero; that's what makes the movies so relatively easy to make. They made entertaining Batman motion pictures back in the 40s. It's not like Superman, where they all looked silly up until 2013. And since they make great crime films, it's natural that Warner Bros., the greatest maker of gangster movies, should be in charge of the IP in that realm.

The Perfect Mix The Scarecrow has always been one of MY FAVORITE villains in the comic books Dr Johnathan Crane was a professor of psychology who specialized in phobias, even as a boy he was always obsessed with fear. His fear gas which he himself invented is basically a powerful hallucinogen that will bring out your worst fear the gas will play tricks on you into thinking what your seeing is really there but its obviously not, Though The Scarecrow doesn't know who Batman truly is he knows how to bring out even Batman's worst fear he's given Batman an incredibly hard time in the past. Crane is always finding new ways to bring out people's worst fears as well as developing new kinds of fear toxin
That was Joffrey, or rather Jack Gleeson, the actor who played Joffrey. He was only 12 when he did this film. It was one of his first professional roles as a child actor.

^^^ Given that observation, it is almost impossible to overstate how much you are going to LOVE Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker.
Edited to add: If you loved "Schindler" / "Raz al Ghoul" (Liam Neeson), you should absolutely watch _Taken,_ which cemented him as an all-time movie badass.
Your analysis was spot on. The Batman is a gift and a curse at the same time. He has helped clean up petty crime but because of his presence super villains are created like the Joker and Ras Al Ghul.

I feel old when Liam Neeson is known as "the guy that played Oscar Schindler" 😅 Loved the reaction. And the guy that played Scarecrow (Cillian Murphy) is the main charecter in a series called Peaky Blinders. You should definetly check it out.

16:30 They created the TUMBLER just for this Batman trilogy. Its a customized fully functional street legal vehicle that can do everything you see in this trilogy excluding the entire jumping function.
And excluding firing explosives , excluding turning into a bike and so on

This was a very grounded version of Batman compared to any of the previous iterations up until then. The sequel, "Dark Knight" was fantastic..more of a fast paced crime drama than a superhero film. The newest Batman, "The Batman" is even more grounded than this trilogy though, if you can believe it. Definitely worth a watch after this trilogy.

That little kid that you said looks like Joffrey is actually Joffrey by the way. It’s him from when he was younger, Batman begins was made in 2003 and came out in 2005.
Love you guys, it’s like watching the movie all over again with the genuine reactions you have. The next movie “the dark knight” is one of the best movies ever, not just superhero movie but if all time, it was nominated for Oscar.
Incorrect... its not even the best batman movie... its good but has alot of plot holes and weak character arcs... batman begins and tdkr are better... tdk was only nominated for technical awards and ledger was the only actor nominated and he was was given the award out of respect for his passing but it wasn't even nominated for best film or best director because it didn't deserve it

Yea, specially when you watch the hobbit trilogy and then LOTR right after, the connections are so amazing..

The Tumbler was designed & made in the UK, by a team of 20 people. Every part of it was made/adapted (they had to shave the tires down) just for the Tumbler. The team designing/building it were asked to make sure whatever they designed, it could do 60mph. The Tumbler can do 100mph.

So, when you said "ain't no way" about the batmobile jumping from rooftop to rooftop.. well turns out there is a way. That was a real vehicle they created for the movie. And it did it's own stunts.

I saw this at a true IMAX theatre on release. On the big IMAX screen it was incredible. I'll never forget people stood up at the end and applauded. I was surreal we were all blown away.
This trilogy is freaking awesome!

Read Batman Year One. Goyer based a lot of the screenplay on it. The Dark Knight Returns is a great read and animated movie too. Frank Miller really brought the dark undertones to Batman.
