In terms of island builds, I have an idea using the Rose Bed and Mossy Garden Rock! You could have a ring of trees with roses and a couple mossy rocks inside it, all surrounding a Rose Bed. Or it could be just the roses around the bed if there’s not enough room for the tree ring. It’s a literal bed of roses around a Rose Bed!

If you cant fit a fence on the top layer you could travel back to spring and get the bamboo stop block recipe and use that as a fence, since it's only half a tile wide
