Hey here’s an idea!
If your stuck on doing builds you can do a pumpkin patch! You can time travel to October, get the diy’s for the spooky lantern and tower. You can turn around the items to make it look like normal pumpkins without the faces! You can also probably add hay beds or other items!😊
you should add the beautiful island ordinance so your flowers will spread and breed on their own when you time travel like this

Don't forget to shake the trees for acorns and pine cones. They are in the fall as well and have some really great DIY recipes.

Today I learned you can just plant the veggies themselves to grow more. How did I not realize that?! I thought you had to wait to buy more starts if you needed more. I love this series! I'm going to be so sad when it's gone.

Dan, don’t forget to shake your trees for the acorns and pine cones! You’ll need those crafting materials for fall DIY’s like the trees bounty items. There’s some really good one like the trees bounty lamp ( my fav!), the leave campfire, leave pile, pine bonsai tree & the trees bounty arch just too name a few. Shake those trees!! 😁Congrats on getting Merry! 👏🏼👍🏼
Today was huge! You got potatoes, many goodDIYs, bamboo and a top 50 villager!! This is really good
Instead of cutting down the trees so you don’t have to search for mushrooms, just put paths around the trees so mushrooms can’t grow there.
What thres mushrooms in animal crossing besides the mario ones

If you time travel backwards, and want the announcements for the day. You need to head to a day before 5am.
Watching you do animal crossing potatoes as I'm doing Palia potatoes was oddly satisfying 🤣🥔🥔 your dedication to the challenge and all the work editing these vids is admirable, and appreciated 🥰
if you have the dlc you can get one more beach diy daily if you go to work
Hey Dan, here's a little tip if you want to try it for the Kappn Islands, if he takes you to one you don't want to go to, for example the vine and moss island, before he finishes his dialog, shut down the game and restart then go and talk to him. Rinse and repeat until you get the island you want. Too bad it doesn't work for the airport though.. before you shut down the game, either save it or have the game autosave so you don't lose anything in the meantime. 😊
Plant your veggies in rows 3 x 3. Each time you water, you water 5 plants at once, one on each side of the arc and 3 a ross the front. By planting in rows of 3 plants per line, all you have to do is stand in the center plant, water once across the front, pivot and water across the back. So, in a large field, you water from rows 2, 5, 8, 11 etc. Watering is much more efficient on time and how fast your watering can wears out. In the example I gave you will have watered 36 plants in just 8watering passes.

If you find the jail bars DIY, then if you line them up along your beach, balloons will get caught on them and drift all the way down to the bottom of the island. You can basically make yourself a balloon farm and stand at the bottom of your island and wait

Just wanted to share a little tip, I’m not sure if you know but when you are planting something like veggies/flowers/shrugs you dont have to dig a hole! Just reach into your inventory, click on the item in question and hit plant! If you are staying in the middle of a 3x3 square you can plant 9 veggies at a time :)
Why pick the potatoes and then dig up the plant when you could just grab the plants and harvest the potatoes later.

If you allow yourself you could grab the tree saplings from the drop off box so you at least have a few extra tree If you decide to cut then down
go to festivale season for those diys! you can also stalk celeste but that’s much harder
You can surround trees in clear designs and mushrooms won’t spawn around them. It might be worth researching how many mushrooms spawn per day and only leaving that many “open” for mushrooms.
What about Halloween? You can obtain the diys doing the event and you can turn the ítems around to have nice pumpkins

Did you know that if you don’t like the Kappn island or you are looking for something you could get and it hasn’t auto saved on the island you landed on you can close the game and try again over and over again

Not really. I'm using a capture card in this instance, so it's still playing the game off of my Switch but while using my computer monitor as the "TV." 🙂
