Jason, Only if anxiety affects your internal health talk to your physician. Heal yourself. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes. Be as still as possible. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly negative thoughts will reduce and your mind will relax. During your daily activity keep observing your breath consciously. Best part is mood swings also reduce. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. For more healing enter the following on google search and listen before sleep repeating the affirmations for 5-10 minutes in your mind. -“528 Hz affirmations for health and healing you tube”. You will get relief quickly. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Hi Sir,my mind says that I cannot do well in the area where I am interested,passionate and talented..but actually I can do.
I am good at speaking English but my mind tells me that I can't speak english.
I am interested,passionate and capable to study well and succeed in IT field by studying MCA but my mind tells me that I can't study mca,don't have ability and many other negative thought regarding this.. and many more places were I am capable and good at but my mind tells I can't
So is this the symptom of depression or my personality please reply sir I'm worried about this😢

My counselor sent this to me and the only thing I thought throughout the whole video was.: how to fix those thoughts? I have them all.. and nothing.
