You can wait for 5/6 weeks in order to give her the space she needs.

You should be more distant. If you give her what she wants all the time she has no reasons to commit.

You should wait for her to come back if she flipped on you otherwise she has too much power.

Sending a message doesn't mean that you lower yourself. As long as you don't beg or apologize for something you don't feel guilty of.
