Can this translate to a married couple? I’m 7 years in my marriage and my wife moved out to a friends house so technically we are separated. I was pushy and needy and slightly begged her not to leave in the beginning, she moved into a condo next door that we own ( 100 feet away) and stayed there for a little over a month. After she left she told me she had no feelings for me and didn’t love me, but only as a friend ( she tried to take her ring off but I asked her not to and she left it on) , she said she wanted space. In that month I brought her coffee lunch and asked her to go on walks which she did, she wouldn’t talk unless I got the convo going. She eventually had to move back in due to the condo being unavailable. She was in the house for about two weeks and she was rarely home at all, I would ask her if we can watch a movie some nights but she would never sit on the same couch as me, sometimes she would just say no. I told her I was just trying to take baby steps into us spending time together, she said I was too pushy and it was all about what I wanted. Some other things happened but I don’t want to write a whole book, eventually she moved out to a friends house and also said she wanted a divorce and proceeded to take her ring off, she later said she wouldn’t after I asked if we wouldn’t go that route of divorce, but I’m not sure if she just said that to shut me up. As of right now I’ve been doing the no contact rule, unless she reaches out for work or other important things, our talks are normal and she seems fine, I’m trying to come off as positive energy and polite while also keeping it short. Been doing that a little over two weeks now. I’ve also been doing therapy for 2 months now, as she is also for about 3 months. One thing I do know is she is a COMPLETELY different person than she was before she left, not in a bad way but also not in a good way… I’m trying to work on myself in this time but it’s tough.
Me and my ex have been broken up for a year and a half she says we are friends but acts like we are together and says she needs time to claim we are together why is she doing this
After a 4 month no contact my ex wife is finally trying to reconnect,but there's someone else she's always talking about,even when chatting she do a lot of copy and paste from this guy,, I sensed she having an affair with this person,, coach Adrian what would you advise I do? We already have 2 kids together

She might do this to not let you go but not commit.

You should be more distant and put limits otherwise she is going to be too comfortable.
I'm sure my ex can't make sense of my behavior 😅
