Thank you coach. Have been constantly following your channel since last July when my breakup happened. Your videos really helped me to get through the worst phase and it really gave me hope. It helped me reflect on my shortcomings and how i might have affected the relationship that led her to leave me. It's been a long time and things have gone really silent but i still have hope. It was a 7 years long relationship and we were absolutely sure about each other. And during this time I'm really trying to improve on my flaws and shortcomings and trying to become and a better version of myself.
My ex isn’t 100% sure about the breakup being permanent after spending 9 years together. We spoke a bit here and there and it was positive and today she ghosted me. I’m so confused about how to proceed with this.

My long distance girlfriend broke up with me a week ago telling me she doesn't feel happy with me, she feels nothing for me anymore and before all that she said i added stress to her, we were completely fine more then fine a month ago but she said she had been feeling like this for a couple of weeks and she said she was 100% done with me, we were together for almost 3 years.
I do believe she probably lost attraction to me due to me coming across needy and potentially at times insecure which would make sense.
Im not a needy person i was fine with any amount of time she would want but i don't think i gave her enough time and space in the relationship.
i didnt beg and plead or anything like that or chase and i havent messaged her since. But i want her back, i just dont know how

It's been 2,5 months since our breakup and after the first 1-2 weeks that I've made some mistakes I am not contacting him first at all. He contacted me in order to take his things from our house (we were living together for the last 2 years). He did not send me any message for the orthodox easter passed. We both are NOT active enough in social media but last Saturday he released a story in fb with a sad song and also on Tuesday he pressed "like" in a post I was tagged in.
We where together for 5 years and last November he proposed to marry me.

Hi coach. My exhusband wants to talk about how to come to a mutual understanding of why he broke up. How do I avoid him adding fuel to his own fire by talking about why he left? I am not interested in yet again knowing or hearing the reason. If he has not changed his mind or is interested in working on our relationship romantically, the how do I make sure the conversation will not go that way. Should I simply say that I am not interested to hear about his reasons unless it's because he has changed his mind? Or should we still meet up, and then I can turn the conversation on our child instead?
