I work at a chemical plant and in my five years here there has been zero women work thos job. There are about 100 employees here. There's women that work in the offices, but not out in the plant.

The women worked in the trim department, not as hot, very little physical labor and less weekends. The mold department made a dollar more an hour. Three women, in the eighth years I was there, transfered to mold department. None of them laster a month in mold.
