It’s going to get better and better for those looking to buy or invest in Cape Coral. A big correction is coming. Prices will be back to 2018. If you need to sell in Cape Coral make sure you home is priced under you competition. Sell now low or be sorry latter for those who need to sell. Credit cards are defaulting or at the Max, inflation figures the govt is putting out don’t include the jump in food prices. Jobs are not there and the interest rates will not be low enough to save the market. Great times for buyers getting better and better.

Great job Dustin. What would be approximate yearly property tax bill on 500K house in Cape Coral?

Thank you and thanks for watching! Taxes for a $500k home would come out to somewhere around $7100/yr in Cape Coral. If it is your primary residence it would be around $6500. The Lee County Property appraiser’s site has a great tax estimator tool. You can search for the property you’re looking at, then click “tax estimator” on the right side of the page. Here’s a link: www.leepa.org

Looks like a really cool antique car that you are driving, but we can’t really see much of it besides the dashboard, and that it is obviously a convertible. Can you tell us a big more about it, and perhaps show it in your next video??

Prices still need to drop in Florida. Inventory is increasing.

To bad the insurance will replace the discount

Depends on the property. Just found a client a policy this week for a newer home with $500k of coverage for $1500/yr. It’s the flood insurance on older homes in flood zones where we see the highest rates.

Is it permitted to park your boat and trailer on your driveway? I know some communities do not allow that.

Thanks for watching. The city of Cape Coral has restrictions against parking boats in driveways. You are permitted to park it behind your home, though. That’s what most folks do.
