    With free falling prices in Southwest Florida and current market conditions unless it's reduced dramatically it will sit for a very long time!

    The insurance alone on a waterfront home is double what an upper middle class family can afford in total housing cost…forget the ridiculous prices of the homes and the Wall Street grifters driving the prices through the stratosphere…A serious correction is coming and buyers will be in the driver’s seat. Keep your empty houses at your 6% interest rates, crazy property taxes and see if you find renters to cover your costs…pigs get slaughtered and the market is growing hungry. 2025 = 2007, lots of people will be meeting Jesus.

    I lived in SW Cape Coral for 10 years. There are better homes than this. Just look around.
