Hey Y’all!! Welcome to the hot days of summer!!! Thank You Jesus it’s a beautiful day! Now we’ve all been feeling the heat this week (temperatures in the upper 90’s!!) Now don’t get me wrong! I love summer weather (it’s great for sourdough baking!!) but of course we all need something cool and refreshing to chill down with, and of course, we want to avoid unhealthy sugary sodas, which have a lot of calories but very little nutrition. This super delicious, healthy, high fiber and vitamin rich Blackberry Lemonade is just the treat to help you stay hydrated while on the go! It also contains a secret hidden healthy ingredient 🤫(Raw Apple Cider Vinegar!) that will keep your metabolism active and give a good boost of vitamin C!!! Frozen Blackberry Lemonade Recipe:
1- 2 Cups Frozen blackberries
1/2 Cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 Cup Raw organic cane sugar, or sweetener of your choice.
3 cups cold water
1Tbsp Raw organic Apple cider vinegar, I use Braggs
