Sad commentary for Ford. I retired from Ford skilled trades & have lost confidence in them. They seem to have a lot of problems with too many things. I never take either one of my Fords to the stealership.
Just had the same think happen to a family member. She complained about the noise coming from the back. They told her it was rust on the rotors and she needs to drive it more. When in reality the right rear pad had no friction material left.
