If u ever push the light in and it goes in to the sunroof area don’t worry, u can take out dome light center piece and then u will see the part u “broke” it can just be twisted back on and it’ll work. I popped the light in and thought it was the end of the world but it’s not broken.
Yes, i have the hp3 bulbs. Which come in the stage 1 kit. The stage 2 kit comes with the hp5 bulbs, therefore they will be much brighter. Heres the link if you want to check it out. www.genracer.com/diode-dynamics-interior-led-conversion-kit-for-2010-2016-hyundai-genesis-coupe/
I blew a fuse twice and lost the piece that holds in the map light in the roof took the whole unit out but it’s long gone in the roof probably stuck to some glue, and Hyundai doesn’t even sell the piece… just my luck, then after I do diy to make it work I find the piece STUCK IN THE VANITY LIGHT.. 🤯
Hey man it’s me again i just got my led lights in and i was wondering if that fuse blowing that you explain at the start of your video does it always happen ?
Hey man welcome back. No, it doesnt always happen. It all depends on how aggressively you take out the bulb. As long as the bulb end dont touch the components of the socket then you should be fine. But when i installed them in this video and when i did them in my blue genesis the fuse blue both times. Just gotta be careful with it. If you do blow the fuse, its no big deal cuz its an easy fix.👍
Thank you very helpful I have now done all my lights appart from the vanityones because they won’t come down do you have recomendations on how to do it because in the video you skiped most of it
@@Mat-Jak In the video i used a small flathead screwdriver and wedged in in the side its gunna be a little tricky. But where i went from in the video is the best spot.
Hey, sorry for delay. But no, its an aftermarket stereo. I bought it through Crutchfield.com on the website you can put in what car you have itll filter out what fits in your car. Then once you choose a stereo. A small window will pop up saying that you need a new dash piece in order for it to fit(You will be able to purchase it through the website when you add the stereo to your shopping cart) hope this helped you out👍
bro i didnt even know my genesis had half those lights LMAO thank you!
Hahaha, no problem! 👍
If you disconnect your battery before installing these you shouldn't blow a fuse. And if it blows again its best to not install them.

Haha yes. I did the same thing when installing the leds on another genesis. I had to pull down the center dome piece to get the piece back.👍
