- More than 24 hours have passed since the eclipse, and while most of us are left with memories, some solar spectators may also be left with permanent damage. Despite plenty of warnings to wear proper glasses, doctors say they’re already getting calls for help. NBC New York's Greg Cergol reports.

Overrated...anti-climatic... No fireworks, no smoke and mirrors, no big bang, no excitement. Just a snails pace of gradually decreasing light then eventually more light. Where was the thrill? Was something supposed to happen? I think the excitement was down on the ground in an Airstream and most everyone missed it while looking up.
