What are your thoughts on sun gazing? 🌞
i like it
Respectfully, I am a melanated black human being from the mother land of mankind (aincent Khem). Therefore I am a child of light and science knows that ultraviolet blue light is harmful to the eyes and infrared light is not. I’ve been sun gazing for up to 40 minutes a day at times and I feel nothing less than an overall bodily aura of wellness and bliss. So I’m sure that couldn’t be for all races of our human species. Also the spiritual teacher I learned this from is healthy and well too , and he’s sun gazed for 6 hours months at a time. Now if you want to wear your sunglasses indoors to protect from the florescent light bulbs and bright led lights than that’s another story.
Lol I love when frail poorly educated people talk about Sungazing , this is all misinformation based on not understanding the electromagnetic aspects of the body.
I can gaze at the sun indefinitely and have had yearly eye exams showing only improvements and zero signs of solar retinopathy, perfect fundus, perfect optic disk, perfect blood vessels. My vision 20/15 , so dumb lol.
I been Sungazing for 10 years and even sungaze at high UV index sun. 10-12 with only benefits.
@@siscoo808 she is an idiot. MD’s like this are the problem. I’m an MD also and completely disagree with everything she said. You just have to gradually adapt your eyes and respect your body’s feedback. Eventually you can gaze at high moon sun even in the summer.
I’ve gazed at plenty of solar eclipses, it’s literally nothing. It’s so weak it has no effect on my eyes. It’s because I gaze directly at strong sunlight all the time.
A bit of history.
Dr. William Bates, Ophthalmologist, advocated prevention, or recovery from 20/60.
He did conduct a study, 1913, using Snellen charts.
He advocated exercise, and sun looking.
I certainly reviewed his efforts, exhaustively.
Ultimately, he had a good spirit, but of course, I advocate the choice of prevention by using Atropine, before you go below 20/40, on your Snellen.
I always want an Ophalmogist involved with my own recovery efforts.
"I don't make any money if people's eyes heal from sun gazing."
100% true, these people have no integrity or shame, keep Sun gazing going benefits your whle body along with Earthing🙏
science say otherwise
Or maybe opthalmologist are telling people to stare at the sun so they make more money when they go blind.
I have been doing sungazing since 2016. I had glasses with power -0.75. Which got healed by sungazing. I sungaze for 20 minutes. One thing I’m sure, I will never consult an eye specialist in my life 😃. Doctors are afraid of unemployment so they are spreading hatredness against sungazing
If you heal yourself they don’t have a job
Thank you for sharing your experience. I am always open to hearing others perspectives and you definitely have the freedom to see or not see who you want. I wish you a lifetime of healthy vision!
@@DrRupaWong its a dangerous place to be when even our healthcare professionals are “afraid” to offend someone by speaking facts. Say it is what it is, look at the world today. People are afraid to speak the truth because it might offend someone. These people are idiots, say it.

@@DrRupaWong he is right actually, my family has several doctors, they are all saying what they learned, no extensive research , they are almost all against anything spiritual unless it is backed by science. So do I, i almost lost my father to vaccine side effects. I am sorry your intentions might be good but doctors need to stand against big Pharma to regain their reputation

Remember when the FDA recommended eliminating fats in order to lose weight and everyone bought fat free microwave popcorn because it was touted as healthy? I predict the same for this conclusion about the harmful effects from our sun.

Hi doctor! I’m Indian American, and for two years, I’ve practiced sun gazing. I sun gaze only up to 15 minutes. During the first few months of steady increase, I noticed an incredible elevation in color perception. Colors became vivid. Passing by a magenta flower would stop me. My visions is also sharper. Those are the two things I know I experienced. I regularly go to my eye doctor. There is nothing he detects as wrong with my eyes. I gaze only at sunset and sunrise (with the one hour rule). By default at that time, UV is at 0. I always check my phone for current UV value.
Is there any special test I need to get done since I sun gaze?
Just make sure you are getting your annual eye exam. Thanks for sharing!
Do you blink or has to be open eye no blinking?
Chi Miiwetch. I am Saulteaux First Nation from Canada. My daughter and I have been doing glacier river swimming since summer: it's winter now here and we go 5 times per week. After our swims, we were both called to look at the sun but have been scared to. We have been sitting after the swim with our eyes closed facing the sun. This morning I looked at the sun. It was beautiful. Mussi Cho for sharing your experience.
Sungazing is safe at anytime of the day. When you are eating actually clean food that is. And non fluoridated water or tap water. When you are taking care of your body in all the ways that it needs you can look at the sun as long and whenever you’d like. I’ve been sungazing since I was in elementary school and am now 20. Yet to go blind or have any decrease in my vision. Glasses and contacts prevent the eyes from contracting properly. Avoid the prescription bs and move your eyes and absorb the suns healing energy through your eyes. It increases melanin production. This is all subjective experience. The sun has been around longer than any doctor has. Think for yourselves. Don’t allow others to do the thinking for you. It creates cognitive dissonance and then you lose the ability to think and be a human. I love all of humanity I hope we all as a collective start to realize the fact that we can only receive genuine healing when we clean our bodies of the toxins that the government tells us is safe. Eat organic. Avoid fluoride at all costs. It calcifies your pineal gland and prevents you from using both sides of your brain and alters your thoughts and hormonal production
Great response. Yes the truth people don’t want. It’s all about eating clean and from Nature. The fruits and veggies. Even only eye exercises will get you so far. You need nature to heal.
Truly words of wisdom! ♥️
💥Well said💥
"The sun has been around longer than doctors" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
People who made glasses and contacts are not from the goverment. Actually, goverment often don't give a damn about scientists and their research. Scientists earn bad salaries, there's often a lack of budget to experiment or projects. But that actually makes scientific comunity a very pure enviroment, where the majority have a passionate interest rather than a material one, and their common objective is to change the world for the better and find the answer of what everybody thinks is unexplainable.
I have been sun gazing for years.
Based on my own experience and lifestyle I can say it does NOT hurt my eyes.
Actually the opposite is true. My vision is better.
There are more benefits such as focus, mood and ability to think more clearly.
Wow!!
Love how she says those who sun-gaze could be triggered.
Actually, I am not bothered by her statements because My vision has gotten so clear now I see past all the projected propaganda of what’s “best” for our health.
Don’t take my word or hers for it!!
Do your own extensive research into these matters and think for your self.
It’s unfortunate some will listen to her “expert” advice and miss out on benefits of the sun given to us by God to help us be healthier and more connected to Him.
I want to start doing it Can you advice me how long should i Sun gaze as a beginer ?
🤞🏾✨
Sun has two cycles Dakshinayana and Uttarayana. During one cycle Sun takes away energy from all beings and gives energy during the other. Sun gazing is best when it gives energy out. It is like the energy extraction matrix that is being talked about in youtube but Sun gives out energy too.
@@mage1086 so which cycle "gives energy", a certain time of day?

You have to alkaline your body diet as well! Its a electrical connection. Like a car battery with corrosion... If the body is acid with process foods. The engery from the sun would create a more so burn/shock because of the blockage... Clean your bodies and sun gaze 👍
Absolutely true. Your body must be alkaline. That’s what people don’t understand. And the ignorant annoying scientific “fact” checkers who stare at the sun and fail is because they themselves are not healthy and too into their meat eating cult.
Where do you get all this from? Pseudoscience packaged with ribbon of scientific words. Your blood maintains its pH around 7.3 and it won't go any higher no matter what you do.
That makes a lot of sense. Thank you
yup. when I eat processed foods like fig newtons, or fast food, sungazing gives me a headache and makes me a bit edgy
I tried sungazing in summer in uk at sun rise and sunset for a few minutes a year ago The change is my mood and health was a miracle and I had more energy and I felt quite euphoric.my mood was best it had ever been but i stopped as i worried i would harm my eyes. But other people have done it.i have never read one comment yet where anyone harmed their eyes t.and i read thousands of people saying they had benefits and improvement in eyesight but i guess it could happen later in life The sun is healthy but also can burn skin and eyes are very delicate. You should actually study sun gazing. Never mentioned that 30mi
Window you have to sun gaze. Of course starring at the sun at the improper times is harmful. The right times however is fine. Or maybe I’m a unicorn. I’m 35, been sun gazing since age 15. Never had any negative effects and I still have 20/20 vision.

What a gift! It would be terrible if that caused you to go blind.
WOW!
Ok so do you sungaze now? Do you feel there were any benefits? I keep hearing people say it improved their sight or helped them see colors deeper or new colors and auras - I will go to the sungazing champ to ask.
I was exposing my body to the sun for 15min to get some vitamin d and now my eyes hurt and wasn’t even sun gazing I was looking down on the the ground and closing my eyes for a brief minute. I hope the stinging goes away
I have a question. I just started sun gazing and after doing it, everything white had a pink hue for about 5 mins. Kind of like when you come in the house from a very sunny bright day. So my eyes are readjusting. What is that about? 🤷🏼♀️
Question: I have been staring into the sun on occasion although only when there is no glare. In fact just yesterday afternoon I looked directly into the sun for several minutes. I find it fascinating to see what appears to be the sun swirling. After I am done it takes my eyes several minutes to adjust without seeing a bluish area in the middle of my vision. I'll be 72 years old in a couple of months and I have done this maybe several times in my entire life. Is there something I should be expecting to happen with my eyesight in the near future? I still have good night vision although I do need to wear "reading glasses" (cheap ones I buy in a regular store) could the need for wearing them to read small print have to do with my gazing at the sun?
@DrRupaWong I tried sun gazing at 1 day for the first time in my life. I tried to stare into the sun for minutes, I think I was able to stare for about 20 - 30 seconds into the sun.
I did that for about 3 - 4 minutes all together, after that, I saw for about 5 minutes 2 orange stains in my vidsion. So wherever I stared at I saw in two corners of my vision orange stains which didn‘t go away for that time. Is that a bad thing? Do you think I brought my eyes into danger after doing that? It certainly wasn‘t the smartest thing to do. After doing that I got a headache. That was about 5 days ago. I wear glasses and I‘m short-sighted. -4,20 on one side and -4,50 on the other. I was so excited to hear that this helps to improve my vision. It was on a bright day
Dr. Rupa. Can you please share your thoughts on Phenoxyethanol in moisturizers used around the eyes? I've been hearing conflicting information, one of which involves the idea that the extremely prevalent preservative, Phenoxyethanol, in skincare can cause meibomian cell death/gland atrophy. I've been feeling quite confused since I've actually been finding that moisturizers without Phenoxyethanol have caused me to develop very terrible contact dermatitis for the first time in my life while moisturizers with Phenoxyethanol have been the most soothing and less irritating for my skin. And they espoused a wisdom that is still difficult for many of today's most brilliant minds to decipher.

I have been sungazing for years, and my eyesight has improved slightly. I have also had two different eye doctors recommend sun gazing. I recommend anyone interested to do your own extensive research.
What peer reviewed studies are you referencing here? What scientific studies? I have never met a causality from Sun gazing using the HRM method that I have used after attending his class. There were a number of well documented scientific studies conducted on HRM because he had transcended the need for food through Sun gazing. I began my own Surya yoga practice in 2005. I Sun gaze anywhere from 1-2 hours at a time as long as the ultraviolet index is less than 1. Most of my practice was done in New Mexico at an elevation of 7,000 feet where the Sun was always shining. Where I live now at sea level, the UV index throughout the winter is low enough for me to practice Surya Yoga most anytime during the day. Sun Worship was mankind’s original Earth based religious practice and has been practiced for thousands of years by Earth’s matriarchal cultures like the ancient Egyptians, Mayans, Aztecs, Vedic Indians, Native Americans, the Essenes, etc.
I found it disappointing you offered no hard core science to back up your claims. Over the course of 17 years I have found the benefits of Sun Yoga nothing less than miraculous. For the first few years I had my eyes checked by my ophthalmologist. She admitted she knew nothing about this ancient practice. There is much misinformation and propaganda floating around out there. We must do our independent research and use our intuition and listen to our Higher Self and our body’s innate wisdom.
One of the greatest benefits I can share with you is that Sun Yoga has the ability to decalcify the pineal gland , the seat of the Third Eye which is our spiritual connection to Spirit or Source. That’s been a game-changer for me to have an awake Third Eye. Next I had bad seasonal affective (S.A.D) disorder due to lack of Sunlight. That healed and vanished to the degree where I can now live in an European country where the Sun seldom shines throughout the winter. I am unaffected by this lack of Sunshine which would have previously been incapacitating. I use Sun Yoga as a spiritual practice and now enjoy a spiritual unity with the entire Cosmos I could have never dreamed of before.
I am also scientifically aware and grounded as a registered nurse. This is my own personal unpaid testimony to offer another perspective based not on unsubstantiated assertions but upon my own direct experience and a clean bill of health confirmed by my ophthalmologist. Ultimately it is up to each one of us to follow our Divine Guidance and do our own independent research and listen to our Heart and our body’s ancient wisdom. We are Sovereign Beings.
What we believe, we perceive. What we perceive, we receive.
I caution anyone from Sun gazing from a state of fear and anxiety. I trusted my Surya Yoga teacher, HRM, and after 17 years my eyes are intact with none of the adverse effects promulgated in this video. Maybe the RUclips censors will ban it for disinformation, but I doubt the RUclips censors are knowledgeable about the safety track record of Surya Yoga, an advanced form of Sun Gazing taken to a higher spiritual level where the Sun is revered and experienced as a Cosmic Deity as practiced in Earth’s original religions when the Sun was revered as RA, Helios, Surya, etc.
I send everyone reading this testimony Infinite Blessings of Limitless Light and Love. If you are reading this post, it is no coincidence! I seldom share the benefits of Surya Yoga with others except on my Facebook page, very, very seldom. I can not say enough great things regarding this ancient spiritual practice. With a decalcified pineal gland and an awakened Third Eye ( Mind’s Eye 👁️), Sun Yoga has literally transformed not only my physical reality, but also my spiritual Life.

@@Prokesh: Sun worship is Mankind’s original religion. Sun-gazing has greatly evolved for me over nearly 18 years. I call it the “lazy man’s path to enlightenment.” The Sun is a Cosmic Light Being literally and symbolically. The Sun emits Cosmic Intelligence. As the Sun purifies the mind, the mind becomes more subtle, supple and sensitive to the finer etheric energies. This purification is tangible. In my own case within my initial first 10 seconds of Sun Gazing, I experienced a profound Bliss ( Ananda) come over me. This initial encounter with the Sun convinced me that Sun Gazing which eventually evolved into Sun Worship or Surya Yoga was my designated spiritual path.
When you develop a personal and impersonal relationship with the Solar Logos, it eventually expands outwards and inwards to encompass the entire Cosmos within and without.
I met my Sun Gazing teacher, HRM, in 2005 and followed his instructions diligently.
Never Sun Gaze when the ultraviolet index is above 0 although I will go up to 1 because my eyes are conditioned to the sun rays over many years.

I can not speak for the safety of any other Sun Gazing teachers as the HRM Method is the only method I have ever used. For the first year or two I had my eyes regularly examined by my ophthalmologist and she always gave me a clean bill of health.
I did not know it at the time but Sun Gazing decalcifies the pineal gland allowing for one’s mystical Third Eye to open and become fully activated. The ramifications of this phenomenon are huge. The pineal gland connects us to our Higher Mental Body or the Holy Christ Self ( Brahman) and then directly to Source ( Parabrahman).
Once our Soul becomes tapped into Source, we receive direct guidance from the Godhead. But the Soul must undergo a certain amount of purification under most cases to shed the false identity of a separate ego or the conceptual mind.
As the mind and heart purify, the Sun will guide you to the outer gurus or teachers you require to make further spiritual progress if needed. Everyone is different. Everyone has their own path to Awakening and enlightenment.
The Sun has played a huge role in my own personal Awakening process. I can not overstate what a Godsend that Sun Gazing has been for me when it entered my life in 2005.
When I lived in New Mexico I could Sun Gaze practically everyday at 7,000 feet elevation. I achieved the HRM protocol of 44 minutes within a year and a half. Now that I live in Europe where the Sun doesn’t shine regularly, I can not practice Sun Yoga or Sun Worship on any consistent basis on the outer. Last month only 4 days for a total of 6 hours.
But it’s cool! After 18 years, the Solar chip in my pineal gland stays fully charged with relatively little Sun Gazing when compared to my earlier years in New Mexico which received 310 sunny days a year.
My seasonal affective disorder from not enough sunlight is a thing of the past.
I wouldn’t be able to tolerate the less sunlight in Europe if I still had SAD. In the summer there is more sunny weather however.
Everyone needs to listen to their own inner guidance. Everyone’s karma and dharma varies. Honor your body, eyes, intuition and guts.
Never Sun Gaze under a cloud of fear or doubt. Such lower human energies will block the Flow of Cosmic energies and could exacerbate the blockages. Always Sun Gaze from a state of Gratitude, Love, Devotion and Surrender. The Sun is our Source of Light and the Life Force on this planet. Mother Earth and Father Sun work together in synergy to provide these bodies and provide them with the Life Force to power them.
Always Respect the Sun as the Great Cosmic Being that it is and if you do, the Sun will bless you with more divine Intelligence than you can imagine. Once you’ve established a Cosmic Relationship with the Sun, your life will never be the same. As the Sun purifies, it heals and as It heals, It brings us into Wholeness and Holiness. The Sun is literally the Light of the world. Christianity and Christ were modeled after the ancient practice of Sun Worship. It’s an incredible story and moreover a most incredible journey into Awakening, Wholeness and enlightenment.
The Sun is an outer mirror of our own inner Guru and Holy Christ Self.
The Sun is a mirror of our inner Star. 🌟
You are a Star because you are a Sun.
The Sun is ultimately within us as the Light of our inner world.
To Realize That is the definition of enlightenment.
You are That.
I Am That. That Is All There Is as THAT.
Beyond the duality of thought and the conceptual mind.

I’ve been sun gazing for 20 years. Never had an eye issue. How do you explain that?
Dear doctor, Sungazing cured my eyesight. I stopped using prescription glasses.
Sungazing also sharpened my night dreams and intuition.
Anyone who cares to know more about Sungazing please search RUclips video on it.
Here I am
I’m confused. I have been sun gazing for only a week at sunrise. I already observe benefits in my eye sight. I couldn’t read any instructions with small letters and yesterday I noticed I could !! I face the sun and look at it for a few seconds, then I look ahead without looking straight at it. And just interchange Bach and forth.
Thank you for your video. Came here after seeing Dr. Huberman's videos about getting sun in the am (w/o sunglasses). Having RCE, a couple super Ks, a pinguecula removal surgery, I'm a bit cautious. Though, I also stare at a dang computer 12 hours a day, so I'm sure that's not helping.
HOME EXPERIMENT EVERYONE CAN DO!!
KEEP NOTE THE BODY IS MADE OF MOSTLY WATER 💧 👌 ok
Take two glass cups
Fill with tap water
(This represents your body) (i say use tap water because its NOT 100% pure clean)
Ok now label one cup A and the other B
On a good sunny day place one cup outside directly in sun 🌞 light. The other cup leave in the house 🏠. After 4-6 hours bring the cup from outside and take both cups and place them into the freezer. The next day after they both freeze. Without a microscope, the water frozen with the eye you can see the properties more so. So now you observe both cups A &B and youll notice the cup from inside frozen is white and hazey(acidic). The cup that was in the sun then frozen will be diamond clear all the way through 🧊 (alkaline) this is a method i like to use to physical show students how the sun affects the body. Theres University studies about the blood differences from grounding bare foot versus inside... Natural and Nature is Gods healing ✨️ 🙏
Awesome, gonna try that - Chi Miigwetch!
Who dose that gose for? Some people or all people? I have been doing that for 40yrs & i have no eye problems, so I disagree that it dnt goes like that for all.

Proper sun gazing isn’t staring directly at the sun. It’s staring in the direction of the sun without focusing on the sun itself. That may be harmful as well but I wanted to make that distinction.
Then why do many many many people say to stare directly at the sun... this is the most dangerous comments sections I've seen. You people are f'ed in the head. But keep on believing staring at the sun gives some sort of healing property. Haha. Whackos

@@ErickGarcia-cj2uf Too some extent bro It gave good vision . My personal suggestion would be do eye exercises and eye yoga and eat plenty of greens veggies and massage your eyes often . You can try sun gazing at very early morning when the sun rises just few mins and immediately start doing eye exercises and same in the evening when the sun sets do sun gazing for few mins and do eyes exercise this will bring you a good vision.
I sungazed at the sun today for the first time in maybe a long time since i was a child my guess. I saw purple after, then yellow, then orange, then red i think green or blue too. Then back to yellow to normal vision. I was a lil worried but my eyes don't feel as tired. I barely go outside to get vitamin D

On mushrooms it look like a price of orange construction paper and had no affect at all. I had to realize that that wasn’t good but I was in awe.

Nothing wrong with doing what you feel is right for your body. I just share the research! Thanks for being here.
i tried sungazing every morning for the last 2 weeks and have irritated, red, watery eyes. I wish i saw this video before i started. As they say, dont believe everything you see on the internet, for ibstance one guy puts a chair outside every morning and stares at the sun for thirty minutes.
Okay listen to me very closely. Sun gazing works. Here’s what you have to do though. Make sure your diet is optimized. I’m sorry about this truth but don’t blame others for you not accepting it. If you have too much acid and mucus in body you won’t be able to absorb energy and benefits for the sun and yes it will be bad and burn. But that does not discount the people who have improved health and vision with sun gazing. Common now. Think. The problem most likely is you and not them. Also the redness and watery eyes believe it or not but that can also happen during eye habits to improve myopia. So sometimes one gets that initial red or watery eyes but the vision improves if they continue and as the eyes strengthen. It’s like an eye workout. So don’t be afraid and trust your intuition. And please eat alkaline foods for majority of day. Yes you must. That means lots of fruits. That is your birthright of food and some vegetables. Get that lutein and zeaxanthin. And keep your hydration. Do these things and fix yourself for three months on end, I promise you, sun gazing is not harmful for you
@@ikeezike7602 what benefits have you gained and how long have you been doing it for what max amount of time, if you will?

When you say studies, you mean like this? "Solar retinopathy in a hospital-based primary care clinic" it would be the first one on Google. All of the people there with verifiable solar retinopathy had pretty good vision. On top of that, I have sungazed for many years and my eyesight is still top notch, no glasses needed for me. This causes me to believe that you saying that sungazing can lead to blindness is very inaccurate. The benefits of sungazing (anybody who does it would agree) greatly outweigh simple sun exposure as well. I've tried hard to find a single case study where somebody has gone blind from looking a the sun and fail every time.
Hi Jason! Thank you for sharing your experiences and thoughts. While these conditions don't occur to every person that sun gazes, it certainly does happen. I'm glad you have been able to maintain your healthy eyes!
Agree. This is misinformation in my opinion. I also to have been sun gazing for years @ all times of the day. And never felt better.

I have issues with my eyes due to being bullied and beaten up at a younger age. My eyes were very sensitive. I sun gaze and have been for 10 years. You need to look at the sun when it's still orange. During the day is not recommended unless you have trained for it.
I am so sorry that happened to you.
It is never recommended to look at the sun though.
@@DrRupaWong I don't believe that's true. When the sun is orange it is save as the UV is still low. We have been mislead. The sun is the source of energy for our souls. 10 years sun gazing and no affects
Well of corse you’re gonna say that. If sun gazing does what everyone says who practices. Your job would then be irrelevant.
I live in hawaii too.. I came here to find out more because I really enjoy watching sunsets. I know it's not good to look directly at the sun, but it's just so beautiful! Whenever I watch a sunset I tend to glance and feel guilty. Haha I wish just glancing a bit here and there was safe-thats what I was hoping to hear! Darn
Aloha! Thanks so much for watching. Great decision not to stare into the sun!
There was 1 case study for LSD Sungazing in the 1960’s, the patient gazed at the sun for way too long without any previous training exposure

I'm confused 🤔🤔🤔 because I am seeing several videos on sungazing but some say that it's harmful, including science but most people in comments section of several video say that it is beneficial and totally works pin my comment plz😂😂
Very interesting, thanks.
I am both a scientist and a meditator. But I am not a doctor. And certainly not an eye doctor. Would you be interested in making a study interviewing people who are sungazing, and measuring their retina and the state of their eyes, and then publishing all this? In the interview, you should also ask about their diet and any other element that might be behind any other improvement and changes in their eyes. Because correlation is not causality.
Also, I have a question, I live in Italy and adore watching the sunsets, as I can see them from my home. You say that even that is dangerous, but is it really? Because people all over the world watch sunsets, and I don't see all those people going blind. Sure you need a few minutes to re-adjust your vision, but that is all.
What about occasional, accidental peeks at the Sun? When outdoors, sometimes, the Sun does appear in one's field of vision.
It is best to wear glasses and/or a hat if possible! If that isn't possible, it should be okay as long as you aren't gazing.

Hmmmm So with all of these people saying that they’ve been doing it for years & are fine when are you gonna admit that you don’t fully know what you’re talking about? If it’s done wrong of course it’s dangerous but medical malpractice murders over 500,000 people a year or so maybe talk about that with more confidence than this.
Sun gazing is amazing. It has helped me learn Braille quick.
For anyone still skeptical of the comments stating sun gazing is safe let me tell you it’s true. I went to a school called Brunswick Job Corps in Georgia back in 2019. A friend I made there got me heavy into learning spirituality/rabbit hole dipping. I came across sun gazing and I took an extreme risk doing this but like the video said ‘sunrise and sunset”. It’s been five years since then and I have had no problems with my vision, in fact I haven’t done it since then and being to glued to my phone I’ll admit, my vision has gotten worse. Healing is bad business. “Healing” is doping you up and that’s good business.
What about sticking a red 670nm Flashlight over your eye for a few minutes each day? (red light therapy)
