- A woman recounts the impact on her vision after directly viewing the last eclipse without appropriate eye protection, highlighting the importance of proper eyewear during the last eclipse.
I think it's cool when people admit and share their mistakes with others, so thank you for that. We all mess up.
What I don't get is why look at it? It's not even possible to see the cool part without the glasses (or viewer box) and it hurts.
So what is slow 20/20 vision? Does anybody know?
hat is slow vision?
Low vision may involve a variety of different types of visual impairment; not just nearsightedness or farsightedness, but also peripheral vision loss, a blind spot or blurred vision. You might have OK vision in some ways but still have low vision overall. Low vision isn't total blindness - some vision remains.
I know people who used the glasses (the authentic ones) and are having visual issues. The eclipse is not worth it. Watch it on live streaming or video.
How dumb are people?
