No only that, the Dark Seeker Saga just fully ended so it was assumed that the Lost Master Arc might take more time to work on. KHIII DID receive a mostly mixed reception. That's why KHIV shouldn't be rushed or announced too early like KHIII was.

It's not an official Kingdom Hearts trailer until Utada starts singing.
Couple things stood out. One being Quadratum being considered as the afterworld. Which makes sense that Strelitxia is with Sora. We may be able to see Cloud and Sephiroth. Two the ending makes it seem like Hades is coming back again. It just seems like Hades and Maleficent are major staples to the story. Maleficent of course possibly knowing something about the black box that was revealed.
Honestly, of all the Disney villains they could have made into a series staple, I'm pretty ok with it being Hades.

Wasn't sure about the graphic's change to Sora, but man does everything look beautiful and something about the graphic change just gets me pumped for the combat.
Does Sora feet get smaller as he ages?
Its not an overall graphics change just the artstyle for Quadratam. Everytime Sora goes to a new world his look changes based on it for lore reasons. After he escapes the afterlife the game will retain its stylized artstyle from 3 but on UE5.
