Mark, I grew up climbing around in those mountains, hiking, camping, and hunting and always longed for the ability to see them from that perspective. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I love those mountains more than anything is can say and seeing them like this reinforces that love many time over. Wish I could have been with you. Thanks again.
The 206 is also a famous warrior...the legendary Kiowa...the unforgettable scenes of a co-pilot firing his M-16 out an open Kiowa door at tree top level...turning, at speed...must've been a 2/17 AirCav Banshee gettin' som'.....what a bird!
So happy for you Mark! I fly Blackhawks for Uncle Sam, but I learned to fly rotary in 206’s. Hope it brings you plenty of enjoyment over the years! Maybe some day I’ll have enough pennies saved for my very own as well.
A real pretty flight. I enjoyed a chance to fly a 206BIII after passing a Commercial License course in Bell 47s. What a difference thirty some years of technology makes. When asked by my examiner of a preference for fixed versus rotary winged aircraft, I responded that if the Navy wouldn't allow me to fly F-14s; any Rotor-craft would do.
Ok it's a toss up. I can't decide which is my favorite video of yours. This one or the one where you use a can of compressed air to pop a dent out of your truck!
WOW!! Beautiful sights! It will even be more beautiful to see Scrappy flying over those mountains!!! It will be an exciting day when Scrappy roars to life and flies off into the skies! Be safe!
Beautiful! I received my rotorcraft license in 08 (commercial, instrument) in Ogden Ut. One of the funnest things I’ve ever done! Wish I could afford to still fly!
That makes me homesick a bit. I have stood on everyone of the peaks as a boy scout, I have camped on that top CCC ledge as a adult. Thanks for the positive video just what I needed after a brutal night working in the ER.
Awesome video. Everyone needs something in their life to forget the stresses of the world, and I can tell this is your passion. I really liked the POV out the front. Now, "back to work"!
Beautiful video Mark. I have been through Utah in the summer. You have some great scenery. I live about 2 hours away from the Alberta Rockies. But haven't seen them from the air except from a 747. It's cool to see the mountains from a different perspective than ground level or 35,000 feet.
Awesome. I climbed Cascade Mountain this fall and it was fun to see how it looks covered in Snow. I was up at the top of Squaw Peak today too and I enjoyed seeing it from both angles. Thanks for putting this together.
As a Twin, I can assure you that he’s more than used to it by this point in his life. If someone yells my brothers name I look around just so someone doesn’t think he’s being ignored. Then you explain that you are not your brother....or don’t if you are feeling particularly frisky that day.
It's going to be interesting to see you in the Bell and Mike in Scrappy compete on where who can land. Mike thanks for sharing this with us. This is some beautiful country, I hope to fly over it in myown plane someday...
Wow black helicopters Do you also fly them at night with lots of lights? Built a radio control bell 206 in 1976 and once I learned how to fly it airplanes were no longer as much fun.
Thank you for sharing! To not share such awesome moments with the world would be shameful.
WOW Mark!!!!! What incredible beauty you have the privilege of flying around there in Utah!!! You are blessed!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
Best way to mountain climb!
Thank you Mark for taking us along for the ride that was beautiful 👍🤠🚁🛸🚀✈️🛩
The beauty of God's creations.Thank you for the view!

Appears to be a fine day to play with the new toy on the tops of mountain ridges, dusting up snow devils...😀
Absolutely stunning! I pursued my rotorcraft license before my fixed, was one of my Best choices.
Thank you for sharing the Beautiful footage Mark!
Crazy beautiful country we live in!
Thanks Mark...that was most excellent. A beautiful look into a world few get to experience.
Please say you ski or snowboard. If so, you just filmed a dream I’ve literally had for 35 years. Congratulations!!
Kudos to whoever filmed and edited this. BEAUTIFULLY done! Bravo and beautiful bird too!

Fun Flight.

You music choice for this video was spot on. Just enough to enhance, but never take away from the stunning scenery.
Very nice! Thanks for the ride and the music!
Great shots of our beautiful state and what could be better than flying around to view it
Congrats, she’s beautiful!! Breath taking scenery! Thanks for sharing Mark!
My buddy and I rode our bikes to Utah from Canada a couple of years ago... just spectacular beauty! And that was from the ground! Great video Mark!!

So envious right now!
Still that was a very nice, (albeit short) video.
Awesome video, even better flying! I'd love to see some of your Carbon Cub build if you're documenting it.
Ok it's a toss up. I can't decide which is my favorite video of yours. This one or the one where you use a can of compressed air to pop a dent out of your truck!

Awesome scenery, but now I need to wrap up in a blanket--and I live in S. FL!
Now that is beautiful, Mark. I like your choice of music. Well done. Thank you.

I'm sorry but that was way to short....that was beautiful and mesmerizing...Thanks for sharing Mark.

Man that was amazing! I fly the 206B as well but have never had the opportunity to do mountain flying! Just stunning beauty!

As much as I enjoy watching Mike building Scrappy, this was very enjoyable. Soothing. Thank you for sharing. Have a great 2021 and stay healthy.

Nice it's got a takeoff roll almost as short as Scrappy will 😁
Awesome. I climbed Cascade Mountain this fall and it was fun to see how it looks covered in Snow. I was up at the top of Squaw Peak today too and I enjoyed seeing it from both angles. Thanks for putting this together.
Such a beautiful and relaxing video
What a beautiful area Mark. That flight must be a great stress reliever at the end of the week.
Thank you for sharing,
Take care,
Be safe.
Heli’s are amazing.
Beautiful... concerned that there appears to be a shortage of snow for this time of year. Praying for more snow in the upcoming weeks.
Two fun aircraft. Congrats to you both and thanks for sharing the vid!
Nice music I like sow and skiing
Very nice flight Mike, Doh my bad for not reading.. Sorry Mark 👍🏼👍🏼
Um, wrong channel. This is Mark, not Mike...

Absolutely beautiful!
That’s amazing! I can’t imagine being there in person over those mountains. Great video.
Great pictures, tidy film!!
Terrain! Terrain!
It's going to be interesting to see you in the Bell and Mike in Scrappy compete on where who can land.
Mike thanks for sharing this with us. This is some beautiful country, I hope to fly over it in myown plane someday...
Have a HC go almost anywhere,
They are so much easier to land then a plane on that type of hill top
Also great videos hope all had fun.
Beautiful!
Well done!
Please tell me who is playing the guitar on this video. I would love to learn it. Thanks. Love your planes, by the way. You have a massive talent.
I'm a month behind here....... NICE chopper Mike ! See ya at RENO.
Pretty sweet...
Awesome Video🤙🤙🤙
Mark, that’s stunning. Thanks for sharing a glimpse of what you experienced! Do you ever drop off skiers?
Wow black helicopters
Do you also fly them at night with lots of lights?
Built a radio control bell 206 in 1976 and once I learned how to fly it airplanes were no longer as much fun.
SWEET VIDEO!!! I want a ride, with my snowboard.
For you Jason, Anytime!!!
Very Nice Video Mr. Mark...:-)
