This is not a police chase as the police were told to stand down. We now let car thieves steal cars, drive on wrong side of the road, cut off cars and take this really nice truck home. Thank you police and Sheriffs.

43:20 he made the smart move and got behind a truck that looked like his from the air. Looks like when Stu loses him he did a u turn. But if these people are watching or being in formed, why not get in an area like this, ditch the car and then just run away or walk away since the cameras have lost ya.
Or when he was in the parking lot building, he could ve dissapear there.

These daily chases are now the number one tourist attraction in Southern California
This is the new Cali. Politicians (and cops) don't care about criminals, but boy, you drive 10 mph over the speed limit and they are right on you to make sure you have to pay a $350 ticket. Oh, and nothing will happen to this jabroni, but there's a good chance the citizens who got a hold of this guy will be punished in some way.
