- A driver wanted for allegedly causing a crash involving a police officer in Los Angeles stole three cars while leading authorities on a pursuit that ended in Ventura County.

All I can say is this. If this pursuit happened in Arkansas, the ASP would have PIT'd this fool a long time ago, they do not waste time or resources on just following someone. They pursue you, PIT/TVI you. take you out of the vehicle, force you face first on the ground and cuff you. Then off to the County lock up facing felony fleeing along with several other charges. They do not play around. The PIT/TVI at any speed and all Troopers are qualified.
In L.A. they need to consider innocent bystanders. Can’t compared a large city like L.A. to anywhere in Arkansas.
@@em.415 I will give you that but when I see them chasing someone in the Kern County area or way out in the sticks in California, they could pit the fools and be done with it. But they say it is all about safety of the public yet the perps don't care about that and they will drive like animals and possibly kill people and the LEO's basically let them do it, because of rules of engagement. He often speaks of the suffering and poor in society, of charities and wishing the best and for the safety of all including suspects, and yes, he is sincere. There are videos specifically with him and others in them on here and about Stu, he really is a legend, don't know his politics as I believe he has worked at other stations than Fox. But he is indeed a man of good morals and character, even with his sarcasm. Stu is DEEP, and you can feel his sadness and emotions, in one video, he is so concerned about a dog in a chase being hurt and is in so much pain when the dog falls out of the RV. Many other videos, his character shows. He is a good man, and for all his jokes, a great reporter and serious about real life issues, including the dangers in the chases. You are right. But no, journalism and good, TRUE journalists, is/are not dead completely and as for bias, that is innate to all of us and can never be fully eradicated or eliminated. But I agree with your fears, not about Stu, but more widely if it also relates to journalism. I want integrity too, it is a value I also share, reputation, and credibility. Stu has them, lol. Once again the incompetence of LAPD during chases has shown its ugly head. No way in hell a minivan should've been able to wreak havoc for that amount of time. When he pulled into the first gas station, where the hell were the cops? He actually had enough time to carjack at that time. What's worse? Los Angeles has more chases than any city.
