Your knowledge of the work and constantly teach your crew and the viewers is a plus for the channel. One thing I'm going to say is you're a really good content creator. Your craft is getting better and better day by day. One thing you should do that I see from the videos is that the ones that say they love your channel, you should ask them are they subscribed. I know you do this channel for fun and stuff but this thing is also a business. Just that little saying will help the channel in the long run.

Hi Ryan, Checking your blood pressure and your blood sugar. When I was your age 46 my blood pressure was high and it made me feel sick. Anytime you can cut sugar out is good. I have you beat by 3 years I’m 49. Hope you feel better!
Ryan. You will feel so much better in a short amount of time. I was like you Convinced something major was wrong with me. I stopped eating sugar, carbs and starches and felt fantastic within 3 days. Additionally your appetite will diminish drastically once the sugar is out of your system. The 1st 2-3 days are difficult. You can do it. Eat all the protein you want like bacon and eggs. As time goes on the cravings diminish a bit. Don’t confuse feelings of being empty with hungry. Bread is the wort thing because it’s a huge appetite driver. Best of luck

Or even do a random square blur over their frames would be nice.
