Noslo this happens in all care homes and hospitals the World over. There should be autopsies done on every single person that dies and especially in care homes and hospitals. Health care workers should also have to do a drugs test every month or so, even less, after all they literally have our life in their hands. Those who leave everything in God's hand, will eventually see God's hand in everything! Make you're elderly family feel wanted and not rejected. No need to abandon them when they are vulnerable and need ye the most. R.I.P to all victims of care home abuse xx God will deliver true justice in the end
sky real m There is a solution do as they once did years before and that’s take care of your own family members, none of my grandparents ever were placed in a nursing home. I plan to do the same and care for my parents so help me God!
@@mpar4313 all my patients were settled,.my charting done, my er stocked. Not much else to do on a slow night shift. I have breaks too ya know.....? But more importantly my patients were not dead. Lol
Why on earth you leave only one person in the night to care for other people. No managers around, no monitor, no nothing. Perfect environment for predators.
Typical of sociopaths. My sister was literally able to convince people that SHE was somehow to take the credit for MY hard work and ethics, and hang her garbage on ME. My sister has that same appeal, even though it's subterfuge, masking 'nervous' energy as 'enthusiasm' and professional confidence, as opposed to the meth she was snorting or smoking, or whatever people do with it. This way SHE controls the narrative.
I think that you're just jealous of her writing skills. I mean, her profile did she that she loves the English language and the use of 'big words in her mouth'.😂
A couple weeks ago, I was told by my dog sitter that her father was a victim. You can literally “feel” the trauma in her recounting of this. I honestly think her entire life was destroyed.
I sometimes wonder why some people become nurses. I see so many of them hate their jobs. It is so troubling. Do something else if you hate it so much. A lot of them have bad attitudes and are rude, sarcastic, and careless. Then again Ive seen some outstanding nurses.
Mykee Wattz they don't always start out that way but the job (not the patients) more so the pressure from bosses/management, them telling you paperwork is more important than hands on patient care, not having enough time to do what's important, day after day, it gets to you.
Mykee Wattz yes i trained to be s nurse .it was a 3 year course.i left after only one year..i realised it wasnt for me.i got too involved . i really loved my patients.sometimes.i do regret it
Mykee Wattz I know what you mean. I work as a CNA and I love it. But some of the nurses I've worked with were bitchy and hated their jobs and it rubbed off in their work.
Pretty sure she would now have difficulty trusting people. It's so horrific that such people living between us with nothing unusual in behavior could go on to do such henious crime. Nothing would ever be able to fanthom what human mind could do.
I live in the US. I have been a registered nurse for 40 years (I am 62). There are good nurses and their are bad nurses. Just like in every profession. But in my profession we have the responsibility of caring for the sick and dying and for advocating for our patients. In the years that I have been in this profession, overwhelmingly, that has been the case. As nurses we often feel that we are the voice for the patients and their families when they cannot, for what ever reason, speak for themselves. We must be their voice. In my years I have fired nurses for failing to live up to the high standards that I expected of them. I wanted my departments to provide excellent care, not just good care. I wanted my staff to be well trained. I wanted them to take pride in their jobs. And they did. We had few patient complaints, very low rates of complications, and an excellent reputation within the community. Each year polls show that nurses are still one of the most trusted professions. So when I see something like this, I am deeply offended. Because it reflects very poorly on the profession. Long term care (nursing homes) can be a problem. Low pay, long hours, no training. In the past women did not work outside the home. When a family member became ill they stayed at home and a family member, usually the female in the home, cared for that person. Now with families requiring a two person income, most cannot keep relatives at home. And home care is VERY expensive and is not usually covered well by medicare/ medicaid. So what are the options? As a society we have to decide where our priorities are. The elderly and sick are viewed as disposable. They don't matter. Someone has to advocate for them.
Teresa D Kirse Well said, this documentary seemed to be an open invitation to attack the character of all nurses. Nobody chooses to become a nurse for status or money. In general we choose to become nurses because we genuinely care about others and that empathy leads us to our chosen profession. It's an unenviable choice of how to best care for our elders. Unfortunately the more money you have the more options you have. (24 hour home care, expensive quality assisted living care etc. ). Often people in nursing homes have no remaining family or their families are scattered, unable to help. As a society we've neglected instead of revered our elderly. As nurses we advocate and respect patient rights. This woman is a sociopath pretending to be a caregiver. Sociopaths are certainly not exclusively health care professionals.
Teresa D Kirse I was in the E.R once when my friends appendix had to be removed and holy crap are people so disrespectful to nurses!! I was just sitting there in disbelief!! Name calling, abusive language! We get it! you're in pain! but these are the people who are trying to help you! Man good for you guys. I could never do that job. Don't know how people have the emotional and mental tenacity to deal with all that AND then the endless hours
Teresa D Kirse , Well said indeed. I've been an RN over 30 years. The public tends to remember only the bad stand-outs, as we tend to remember the crummy patients. I've always strived to treat them all the same. With compassion and kindness. I think this nurse had some mental issues that should've been picked up on long before she came clean to the cops. She'd told many friends over the years what was going on. (I watched her confession tapes) It's a sad story all the way around.
Teresa D Kirse your words touched me. Also don't forget nurses correct doctors mistakes some that could be fatal to the patient. I'm glad I share the world with you. You must be amazing at your job
Teresa D Kirse Thank you for being such a good person, and for being such a good nurse. Thank you for devoting your life to such a profession. Unfortunately, I haven't had too many good experiences with nurses. That said, the few good experiences I did have restrained any negative judgement I may have otherwise passed on your career field. Anyways, my point is that it seems like it is one or another with nurses- they're either great, or just awful. Why do you think that is? Or is that just an assumption of mine?
With enough number of bad burdens, lacks in childhood etc... have you never seen anything bad in yourself? We should walk in the other humans shoes 6 miles before judging them. Even Drs know not that much. or they don't make use of t. The power of the mind f ex...
It's fascinating to me how the fifth estate is shining such a positive light on the intentions and environment of care homes. They are brutally under staffed, and the caregivers they employ are severely over worked and under paid, all while getting physically and emotionally abused by the people they're caring for and the ones they work for. Care homes run these ways are a breading ground for abuse and neglect. You got a real good glimpse of the truth about care homes during covid.
This is just as bad as killing children. The elderly are helpless, just like children and that is what makes crimes against them so heinous. I can't help but to think about my grandparents while I'm watching this. What if this had been one or both of them? That woman wouldn't be here with us to tell the tale. It's that simple.
Huh? Killing elderly people who already have one foot in the grave isn't even close to killing children who still have their entire lives ahead of them. I'm not saying it's ok to kill anybody if it's not necessary, but if you got to throw someone overboard to save everyone else, you're starting with grandpa, not the children.
@Dustin Eward LOL what? Did you even watch the video? 20:32 5 of the 8 were women. They did pretty much just focus on the 3 male victims however. That's the patriarchy for ya.
I left my job and cared both of my parents for 10 years. both of them passed away happily under my care...never left them except for marketing for ten years. it was the best years of my life, wouldn't trade for any other.
sherry blackwood ....I agree with you.😊 but iam just lucky that I was able to take care of them without financial problem. Instead of spending money in a hospital, a nurse could be hired with that money during our working hours.
lizzy ltr People have different circumstances; choosing whether to put loved ones in a nursing home is a difficult decision. I believe, for the most part, people do the best that they can.
lizzy ltr I am absolutely with you. I had the honor of caring for my dad as he lived with and died from Stage iv cancer. I will cherish the time we spent doing simple stuff. It was truly a privledge.
Kathy Kilpatrick iam so happy to know that you were able to take care of your parent. it's not easy to take care of a terminally ill person. my mom had kidney failure and broken hip bones . she was in the bed for 8years and I took care of her day and night. I really miss her.
I'm sure Beth told people that all the time too. What are you hiding Julie? "The lady doth protest too much, methinks" as they say. I mean what nurse is going to admit to getting some joy out of treating patients badly?
yeah but she also trie to kill a little boy. she is lesbia and dated his mom before the news thing. moths before. they when to this party and the boy's mom told him not to eat the seafood cause they had peanut oil and he had peanut allergy. Elizabeth gave the boy shrimp, his favorite and said his mom told her to give them to her and they were peanut free. he ate them and had a reaction and got taken to the hospitale. when the boy told why he ate the shrimp he told his mom Elizabeth said it was ok but Elizabeth lied. luckly the mom belived him
How could anyone let her work intoxicated and be in charge of all those elderly. I woukd have reported her. I am a nurse in both elderly and rehabilitation facilities. She is disgusting. She is playing god.
People obviously did report her because she had suspensions before her firing from her main job and got fired from multiple jobs after that. It's all in this video
She waived her right to a preliminary hearing, and confessed to all charges in court on June 1, 2017. On June 26, 2017, Wettlaufer was sentenced to eight concurrent life terms in prison, with no possibility of parole for 25 years.
I JUST READ SHE WAS MOVED TO A MENTAL FACILITY IN A FEDERAL PRISON NO LOCKS NO GUARDS AND SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN A REAL PRISON . I CANT FIND ANYTHING ELSE ITS LIKE SHES NOT IN THE SYSTEM AND I CANT FIND ANYTHING.
The worth and dignity of a soul is measured by what it delights in! And delight/happiness is our highest desire. Men have killed to have it. Kings have gone mad trying to find it. Wars have served it. Affairs have worshiped it. We all seek it. Sadly, billions have died without discovering its secret... namely, that joy is not an it, but a He. The Gospel is the good news that sinners can delight in a Holy God. It's the good news that all of our deepest desires are satisfied in the ONE who sent His Son to bring us to Him. God is so valuable and so satisfying that the most loving thing he could do for us is to make Himself gloriously indispensable. He is the only being in the universe for whom self-exaltation is the highest virtue. Therefore, God's commitment to be glorified and our goal to be satisfied are not at odds but come to simultaneous consumation in the worship of His Son... who took upon Himself the Wrath that God had towards us in our sinful disregard of Him. A wrath that could never be appeased through man-made religion. Jesus didn't die to turn the world into a paradise, he died so that we could stop seeking paradise in the world... Temporal things such as beauty, popularity, money, sex, racial identity, gender reassignment... can never truly satisfy. BECAUSE WE WERE MADE FOR SO MUCH MORE! We were made to gaze intently into the Eternal Beauty of a majestic King, Father, and God... meet Jesus the Christ. Life is hard, God is good, Glory is coming 😊... Thanks for taking the time to read this comment. May God bless you with all things necessary for life and goodness. God Bless!
I did in-home care and I loved all my clients. I would NEVER do any of this. I distributed meds and I wanted only for their comfort. This is when people are the most vulnerable and I cried when they died. I worked with Hospice nurses and I respected their dedication. They are wonderful people. All of them. Up all night, helping them breathe It is a noble job and I think all who do this are true angels.
Hospice is no doubt one of the hardest.. and I respect you for your professional care. I couldn’t ever in a trillion years imagine doing this to patients either. I love making an impact on their lives and even their families’s lives.. it’s a true joy making them happy.
@@chelseebarber894 I even took care of their pets at the same time. Usually these folks were alone at home all day with very little family contact. I worry about my clients the whole time I'm with them. Thank you for you very kind words, you get-it! Have a magical day!
AmericanPatriot 1776 a lot of the time I’m the person they see the most! That’s a big deal to me so I always try to make them feel warm and cared for when they’re in such a vulnerable place in their life. Being told I’ve made them happy or that they’ll always remember me is one of the biggest compliments. I’m sure I’m not the only one that would do anything to protect them 💔
My Mom was in elderly care; and I could sure tell which staff wanted to be there and who were just punching the clock... we owe these good caregivers a debt of gratitude
I work as a geriatric nurse and I won't call it my job because I love it so much! I started at 19 then full time after school...This is more than I can comprehend...This just breaks my heart that anyone would even think of hurting/killing these patients who are some of our most vulnerable patients who depend on us for everything 😢 I've never believed in the death penalty but I have to say nurse's like her I struggle with my beliefs! These patients are loved by their families, they have feelings and emotions and how dare her decide to play God and end their lives and not think twice! Somebody please explain this to me...I do not understand how caregivers could do this! Babies and our elderly are among those who need and trust us for everything...This just breaks my heart! RIP to all those who were so unfortunate to cross paths with this physopath...I am so sorry...To the families my deepest sympathies ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I work in a nursing home, on a unit that's especially fitted for patients with dementia. And let me tell you, I absolutely adore every single one of them. This case and many others fill me with so much rage. It's like a shadow of doubt that'll linger in the minds of relatives. You can sometimes catch the vibe of unease, distrust. And I don't blame them honestly. It breaks my heart that my profession was soiled by those monsters.
I live in the Salvation Army's Grace Manor nursing home in Ottawa. Most nurses, including all the ones here, are caring, competent professionals. What this woman did was an atrocity, but it is definitely the exception. We must all be aware of the danger signs, but not be afraid of the boogey-man (or -woman)!
My ex was a caregiver. I knew him and many others working at local nursing homes. They stole meds, neglected patients, money was always the bottom line, there were constant investigation with senior services. When my ex was caught stealing meds, a backpack full...he got fired then rehired within a month. It's way more common than you think
This is so upsetting. I’m struggling to find the words. I’m a nurse and I could never imagine harming a patient. We are there to protect and advocate for patients. The elderly and children are vulnerable populations. Maybe, extra care needs to be taken when hiring individuals who will care for those who can not speak up. I’m angry, disgusted, saddened, and confused. How was she allowed to get away with this for so long? I hope she is held accountable for her crimes.
I agree 👍🏾 I was a nurse for 30 years - I trained straight after leaving high school. I always said to myself that when I lost my passion for the vocation, I would leave, and I did. I then went on to train as a counsellor, and I still love working with vulnerable people! 🙆🏻♀️💖😊
This is actually my biggest fear, ending up in the hospital and/or having to have surgery, being completely helpless.. and having someone like her having to take “care” of me. I would always want to have a family member or friend by my side to keep an eye on me.
I remember my mother telling me that the nurses were so much nicer to her when I was there, which I was most of the day. She was of sound mind, but in late stage heart failure.
She confessed to all charges in court on June 1, 2017. On June 26, 2017, Wettlaufer was sentenced to eight concurrent life terms in prison, with no possibility of parole for 25 years.

This makes me infuriated these are people’s family It doesn’t matter how old they are it will never reduce the pain of losing someone She is awful for this I am heartbroken for the families that lost their loved ones under her care Absolutely evil
^Source? Lol Some people are just f***ed up I think it's wrong to put that stigma out there just because you think it makes sense. It's like saying someone who had to drink milk as a kid who really didn't like milk tend to go into butchery or meat producing jobs. It makes sense when you view it in such a way but really makes no sense any other way.
That poem though... wow. Chills were sent up my spine while hearing it, made more intense with the realization that it was written by a real life monster and not merely written for a script or a fictional story.
This makes me sick to my stomach. I lived two apartments down from Bethe. She officiated my wedding, and she was at my house all the time. She even adopted my dog. :( Breaks my heart for these families that have lost, including Bethes parents who will now have to almost grieve for their daughter.
Stacy Holmes ...Hi there Stacy. I was just wondering. Is there a part of you that feels empathy for your old friend although she's accused of some unforgivable acts?... I've always been curious of this sort of thing that's all. For example, I've always wondered if a wife would automatically stop loving a husband if she found out he was a serial rapist, or a mother finding out her son was a molester....Extreme examples...but you get the picture lol.... Psychology is interesting to me.
Its a lot more scarier than the info they have here. She really wanted people to know and to be found out. She told several people what she did but none of them would do anything, or report it, they though she was execrating or making it up. She called that women she met online. She also told a priest, who told her to keep it quiet and don't tell anyone. We live in a society of sheep.
This is terrifying to have happened in the town I lived. My great grandmother was in Crescent care at the time she was. I feel so bad for the victims families. May their loved ones rest in peace.
She's not even the only one in Southern Ontario. Someone needs to investigate suspicious deaths in Essex County. I deeply fear that someone much like this reprehensible woman killed my Grandfather, but can do nothing about it, as there's no concrete evidence, and there was no autopsy. What's a member of the general public to do?
neuralmute did you not ask for an autopsy? I don't know about the policies involved with that, costs etc. I know that the authorities don't normally do an autopsy how much there's a reason believe there's Foul Play involved. somewhere thing happened with my uncle who passed away alone in his apartment period still not a hundred percent sure what he passed up but we did not request an autopsy.
neuralmute thank you, condolences to you as well.i recently lost my mother, will never get over it... My uncle was a bit of a recluse as he got more sick, pills etc. He was a guitarist and made jewellery. Things were missing, like a laptop. I believe he passed of natural circumstances, but was there for days. Who knows. I have his dog now, poor guy.
It seems I forgot one important detail - we followed Gramps' wishes, and he was cremated, before we, his family, became aware of the suspicious circumstances around his death. So no autopsy is possible. Just very uncomfortable questions.
Ron Cushman I was thinking the exact same thing, also knowing the plot from that book, I would like to know this woman's history before becoming a nurse!
In this, as well as in other true crime shows' comment sections there are a lot of people commenting on the looks of the "bad person"...usually unkind words...and it sometimes makes me think that kind of words, that kind of mentality by people surrounding them, might have contributed to (and here I stress the word "some") of these people turning evil. I think being nice to others saves lives. I honestly do.
It wasn't her place to play God regardless of the age and mental capacity of the elderly people she killed. If she didn't say anything, it would have been a long time until she was caught.
Right? God is doing just fine all on his own killing innocent people everyday. I mean when he's not sitting idly by watching kids get abused and molested day after day. That's full time work right there. We don't need anymore monsters.
@@eternalreign2313 God doesn't kill, he gave us the greatest gift in the universe: Ability to (evolve into) acting out of free will, instead of instinct, egoism etc , the choice btw good and evil, and conscience, I, and thinking capacity as well as heart and will to manage ourselves and develop voluntarily according to our divine potential.Healthy, happy ppl don't harm others. I know the feeling of wanting to be a child and getting everything laid uout for me to manage and practice clearly and well. but that is not right, i wouldn'nt want it really. Me: Wade is either drunk or high for this interview... Narrator: One evening she knocked on her neighbor’s door begging for some medial marijuana. Me: Whoop there it is 😂 right on
There is no way my mother would have ever been placed in a nursing home. She took care of me, and we, her six children took very good care of her when her time came. ❤💓💕💖💗💘💝💞💟
I too look after my mother now but I feel the tone of the above comments to be a little judgemental. Caring for an elderly parent with dementia is a different level of caring altogether. Sometimes, as you’re not a qualified nurse you can’t keep your parent safe. For example, if your children or their friends leave a door open when playing your relative will just wander off and get lost, walk into a road whatever. There are so many different layers to a healthy family life. Having seen my mother care for my grandmother at our family home I wouldn’t want my children’s health and happiness to be jeopardise like it was sometimes for us. My mother was incredible, such a wonderful daughter, mother and wife but she was utterly exhausted and cut off from parts of normal life. It was twenty four hours a day. My grandmother, had she been able to comprehend the situation would never have wanted that for her daughter. The reality is that sometimes a parent with dementia can be aggressive, selfish and reckless. Aspects of behaviour are not conducive to a healthy family life. Like turning on the gas constantly. Good parenting is about finding the best solution for everyone. So don’t judge. Most people want the best for their parents. In an ideal world we’d all be able to care for our parents in their old age. But for those who can’t, don’t make a painful decision more painful than it already is. I know my mother felt trapped at times as she felt such an enormous sense of duty to her parents. At times I worried that it was at the expense of her life.
I know I'm gonna get yelled at but I came here because of Sapphire from Snarled. She did a video of a story from a boy who's mom that dated Elizabeth and Elizabeth tried to kill the kid by sushi cooked with peanut oil and his mom immediately broke up with her.
grandmav2014 Anybody can sit down and make a rhyme. It could be loving., happy, offensive, whimsical, or gruesome. It’s called writing. It doesn’t mean someone is a psychopath anymore than it would mean they are a saint.
She ended up confessing to all charges in June 2017, both in police interrogation and of her own volition, although she maintained that God, or even the devil, put her to it. She’s serving eight concurrent life terms in prison.
I am in nursing school and can attest that many of them are miserable people who go into the field for money and power. I’m dreading having to work in a hospital setting for my skills before going to hospice where it is a lot better in terms of atmosphere.
I have worked with great nurses and awful nurses. This woman's behavior is criminal and not normal for nurses in way or form. Nurses have good days and bad days just like everyone and can get irritated, this is considerably different than that.
i dont appreciate the negative comments towards nurses on here. there are plenty of awesome women and men who are nurses and work very hard looking after your parents. you cant take a couple of bad apples and judge them all. i am shocked at these comments.
Guess what you dont like it that this lady should be exposed. You may be just like her. If you are different than her then why not make no comment. Most nurses I have observed in my job are nasty, hardened careless persons. Only two RN nurses and one LPN were truly good caring persons. So I agree we all have a voice to tell what is going on in the workplace.
This is why I want to take care of my parents when/ if needed. I worked in a retirement home and now I wonder why when I was only 19, so many patients requested my help and refused others. Scares me. I plan to go back and hopefully never ever encounter a nut bag like this woman. Our elderly lived extraordinary lives- you should hear some of the stories I’ve been told. They deserve so much more love and respect than this!!!
I agree with you! I did this work I was assaulted on the job by a resident! The facility has since been shut down by the state I live in! I haven’t returned as a CNA/caregiver ever since!
As a RN I couldn't imagine doing something like this. I also worked night shift at a nursing home several years ago with only myself, another LPN, and a handful of CNAs for the whole facility. I can see how she got away with these crimes for as long as she did. Most people in nursing homes have DNR directives because of their age and medical conditions, plus with no real supervision, access to the drugs, patients' families aren't always there, and no autopsies, yeah its relatively easy to commit a murder I would think. There's no way those deaths were accidental due to her being high on drugs, she had to have planned it. I couldn't say what her motive was but I think she must have enjoyed killing for her to have done it that many times. Nursing homes everywhere aren't near as regulated as they need to be. The people who have to go to them are completely dependent on their care and they deserve better care than what they get. Lord help me if I ever end up in one.
People complain about cops, nurses etc etc but when they need one that's a whole different story. There are good and bad at any job and I shouldn't be surprised at the negative comments that generalize - these are comments from people who don't know any better and are ignorant. Don't judge until you've walked the walk and talk the talk. Also nurses aren't usually unhappy about nursing, they're frustrated at how misunderstood they are. Your job is to give all that you have of yourself daily emotionally and physically. Then when your shift is done you know that no one out there will understand your level of exhaustion. We know it's part of the job but nurses aren't robots - like all of you who comment and judge....were human and most of us carry a great level of compassion.
Michelle Romani Yes it's more then frustrating. I happens to teachers too. So much disrespect for people who constantly sacrifice and devote their entire lives too helping people. If you are a nurse - Thank you all you do.
Michelle Romani "People complain about nurses, cops ect.. untill they are in need of one" I agree with you to an certain extent, but that statement was out of whack. To be fair no one NEEDS a nurse like that or a cop like that for that matter. Nobody. No one is complaining about passionate, caring nurse's so if you're one who fits that description I applaud you.
I sort of agree, and I do hold respect for the profession, but you also have to understand it's not easy knowing that people like nurses and law enforcement have so much power over you and, more specifically, your life. You don't automatically think the worst of them but when you see people like this, it's easy to prejudge and distrust people in these professions when it's so easy for them to destroy or even take your life, many times without repercussions.
Moral of the story: DON'T TRUST NURSING HOMES WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. As a former RN...abuse to all ages occurs and its time to put it to an end. No one deserves this abuse.
The neighbour and she herself told enough for me to roughly get it. So terribly sad not to get help, although I too have asked and worked very hard to get it, almost lost hope. Ppl don't kill others just like that, but a vicious cycle. Some compassion for her suffering , she came to NA too late, and the girl friends tale showed difficulty with relating closely. Haters here are not that much better. Justify hateful emotions against her, just as she justified the killings, by her emotions? Freedom and choice awaits those who dare and do see the shadow.
Claudia Bothner people like to believe evil things are solely to be blamed on the perpetrator- we don’t like thinking that each little name, insult and mock adds up on the recipients ego and contributed to the perpetrator’s mind set. She was born predisposed to do bad stuff and likely each person who ever called her a name , ostracized her..,played a role in what happened. Sometimes hundreds of people enable a killer to emerge.
When I think about Canada 🇨🇦 i get this strange vibe like it’s 10:38am on a cloudy, gray, late February morning, and my stomach is empty and i feel weak and sluggish and bored.
My Grandpa died abruptly in a nursing home more than 20 years ago. I learned after his death that he told a couple of my family members just before he died that he was afraid of his nurse and said that she was abusive. He mentioned being worried about bath time and said that he feared drowning or being drowned. it makes me sad and angry.
This disgusting thing has been the reason why the College of Nurses has denied nursing students with mental illness (highly functional and capable) to take the nursing exam to be nurses.
It doesnt even ask us that on our carnal application. It asks do you have a mental or physical disability that might prevent you from providing safe care (not exact words) so unless she marked yes that her mental illness prevents her from providing safe care. As for the exam I didnt fill out a single thing except where I got my nursing degree from. Many nurse have bipolar depression schizophrenia that are being treated from their doctors. This simply isnt true.
Jimi Lewis Any one that's available to do so. As long as they're a benevolent god, that's the only requirement I ask. I can only speak for myself though, not the original commenter. They might have a totally different set of criteria than I do.
She looked sloppy, lazy, unkept and unfit for the job, who would ever hire her for anyone, then to leave her heartless, evil, demented, sick and frustrated self with these patients, I feel so heartbroken and saddened for these poor patients. 😢😢😢💔💔💔
That background music HAS TO GO. It could be so much better...like Dateline or 48 hrs. Who at the fifth estate is in charge of that background music? I wish they would stop that.
The crazy thing is, this is probably way more common than we think, because we rarely ask questions when someone elderly or sick dies.
Yup.
Noslo: Exactly! No one questions when the elderly die. Yikes.

I COULDNT AGREE MORE.

I had a 20+ career in nursing and I can't understand how anyone can stand by a bed and look at a human being with malice in mind.
With enough number of bad burdens, lacks in childhood etc... have you never seen anything bad in yourself? We should walk in the other humans shoes 6 miles before judging them. Even Drs know not that much. or they don't make use of t. The power of the mind f ex...
Well said your like an angel to them
Another Sullivan neither can I !
There a lot of demons in nursing nowadays. I think the shortage has allowed many people to be in it for the money. 🤷🏾♀️
My uncle was murdered by a nurse in a nursing home in Atlanta, Georgia.
She tried to kill one boy. The kid of the woman she was dating.
@Dustin Eward@Dustin Eward what do you mean? Some were women?...
The uk had a killer nurse who killed babies. Her name is beverly allit. She was caught eventually but she killed some babies and it was awful!
I dunno what is more scary. The Fact she killed many People, or someone really dated her.

What is scary is if she never told anyone, she would of kept doing this and probably have never been caught!
Life is hard, God is good, Glory is coming
😊... Thanks for taking the time to read this comment.
May God bless you with all things necessary for life and goodness.

I live in the Salvation Army's Grace Manor nursing home in Ottawa. Most nurses, including all the ones here, are caring, competent professionals.

Who knows. I have his dog now, poor guy.
neuralmute get an autopsy, get all medical records and get an attorney and go from there...
It seems I forgot one important detail - we followed Gramps' wishes, and he was cremated, before we, his family, became aware of the suspicious circumstances around his death. So no autopsy is possible. Just very uncomfortable questions.
Can you pay for an autopsy...?
Still can’t believe she farted during interrogations like it was nothing no shame🤣
Where what time? I must hear this explosion
Looks like she lit it rip a few times. 1:27:00 you can hear a loud one. I'm dying. :'D
And the detective said something about the pain in her stomach. Lol

Um, the video is 22 minutes long :D how???
such a shallow person you are.
Annie Wilkes from "Misery" she fits the exact character, from looks to deeds.
Ron Cushman I was thinking the exact same thing, also knowing the plot from that book, I would like to know this woman's history before becoming a nurse!
Love that movie!
Your right!
Power over the poor and weaks... Just thinking about it makes me sick
Totally right.
Nemo Nobody you’re right. ❤️
True statement.
Are you saying that you will people if they don't speak kindly to you?
Nah. Everybody’s gotten called ugly before and the vast majority of people don’t become murderers
Nemo Nobody yes, it’s the internet comment section that made her do it.
never trust someone who stays at the motel 6...
Eternal Reign ..ahhh that’s not God doing the it’s the devil. God expects us to know the Bible and live by morals when we don’t ..don’t blame God.
There is no way my mother would have ever been placed in a nursing home. She took care of me, and we, her six children took very good care of her when her time came. ❤💓💕💖💗💘💝💞💟
Andrey I agree with you. ❤
Juneann Irene I respect you 🌸
Juneann Irene that's what I did to my mother till last minute, but the hospital end her life on their way
Irene Lazar I am so sorry! 😢 How did that happen?
This lady...I don't like this lady.

@@mandywatts1743 Pretty elementary, dont you think? End rhyme with no trace of symbolic imagery.😩
She was definitely a sociopath.
She ended up confessing to all charges in June 2017, both in police interrogation and of her own volition, although she maintained that God, or even the devil, put her to it. She’s serving eight concurrent life terms in prison.
Someone “professional” kills, its stress related... anyone else kills, it murder.. wth?
I am in nursing school and can attest that many of them are miserable people who go into the field for money and power. I’m dreading having to work in a hospital setting for my skills before going to hospice where it is a lot better in terms of atmosphere.
@gbmpyzochwfdisurjklvanetxq are you blaming all of this on women?
I have worked with great nurses and awful nurses. This woman's behavior is criminal and not normal for nurses in way or form. Nurses have good days and bad days just like everyone and can get irritated, this is considerably different than that.
Nurses can get sick and severely imbalanced over decades like everyone else.
MY OPINION IS SHE GOT VERY DISTURBED OVER TIME. NO HELP WAS GIVEN TO HER. PERHAPS PEOPLE AROUND HER DIDNT PICK UP VIBES. SAD CASE FOR ALL.

i dont appreciate the negative comments towards nurses on here. there are plenty of awesome women and men who are nurses and work very hard looking after your parents. you cant take a couple of bad apples and judge them all. i am shocked at these comments.
Anna Kcmb thank you Anna
When it comes to the internet you shouldn’t be shocked there’s a lot of stupid people out there
What are you hiding Anna? You sound guilty of something .... haha j/k, just busting your chops. Welcome to the internet.
I know a cop who says thee same thing
Well it's not like she looks like an absolute psycho in all her photos going back to childhood, or anything like that...

I worked as a CNA at a skilled nursing facility and the amount of neglect, borderline (if not total) abuse that goes on is horrifying.
Sun Drop , we'll said!
Michelle Romani Thanks! We are Great..Nurses 🎸
She looks like she would break wind during an interrogation! 😣
ME she actually did in the full interview @47:00 🤣🤣🤣 dropped the ol’wetlaufer
Moral of the story:
DON'T TRUST NURSING HOMES WITH YOUR LOVED ONES.
As a former RN...abuse to all ages occurs and its time to put it to an end. No one deserves this abuse.
I do wonder about her childhood not that it would excuse her actions but I do wonder.
Always be nice to your waiter and your nurse!!
That was some horrible poetry on many levels.
I've been in a facility in TN and I witnessed great care by nurses to the elderly, when a nurse is unstable they can be cold blooded killers.
As an RN I can definitely say that there is a lack of oversight on the night shift
I used to cut the grass of that place. Crazy
Wow, her friends and acquaintances are weird too. My goodness, I hear the dueling banjos.
