Also I need to say, I have a 29-year-old autistic son that is in love with anything vacuum or shampoo and he absolutely loves your calm and informative voice!!! If you're wondering why you're suddenly getting so many views, it's because I put this on his playlist. Thank you so much
Thank you for the very nice comment! This made my day!! I’m glad to hear your son likes vacuums as well. If you can’t tell I like them too! I have tons of these portable carpet cleaners. Cheers and happy cleaning!
Just used mine for the first time today and forgot the instruction booklet downstairs. I had your video saved for future reference so I used that to learn how to use it! Thank you! Great video for a great product!
I just got the Bissell turboclean pet XL. I just unboxed it today and me and my autistic son that loves vacuums and shampooers was going to use it. However, we got it all together and when we started it had put down so much solution right where it was sitting that I thought it might be leaking then we just go ahead after we tried to suck as much up at that area as we could. We go ahead and I had flip flops on so I was just trying to spray as much carpet as I could between 4 to 6 ft area and that way I could let him suck up any water that went down.. however, it just kept spraying behind. Every time I would use the trigger my feet would get wet 3 to 5 ft away from the back of the machine. Then when I went to go empty it as it kept doing the float thing. After 2 in and bubbles, I went to go dump the bubbles out. And thank God I was walking through my kitchen because the water dumped out from somewhere. I don't even know how it came out. I did not flip it sideways. I just tilted it.. so I have had it in the kitchen for about an hour and a half full of water and it's not leaking.. but I do not have that liver that says Max clean or light clean or whatever you just said to where it would spray less down at a time.
Very good instructions. I'm thinking when you pull the front plate off the clean it....with that off...it looks like you may be able to lift the machine on the counter, say in the kitchen... with the brush bar over the sink and use a sink sprayer to lightly spray water into the nooks and crannies where the brushes are to rinse all that out...obviously while it's unplugged...It doesn't look super heavy.. I'll bet that would work for getting those hard to clean areas around the brush.
@@dprice6189I'm a clean freak and this totally wouldn't bother me...because they are MY carpets.. not someone else's...I would follow up scouring the kitchen sink with cleanser/bleach
Yes!! Like why the heck do all these shampooer companies make these huge dirty water return tanks. If they were innovative at all, the clean/dirty water levels should be close to the same. Otherwise, you're taking 2 trips to the sink instead of one!😢
I used mine for the first time and while using it to clean my couches, the carpet cleaner left white streaks on my carpet. Any reason why that would happen while using it as an upholstery cleaner?
No, you don’t have to go over it with plain water. I guess you could if you wanted to but the carpet cleaning solution is designed to clean without rinsing.

Thank you! That’s very kind and I feel special that my video helped you use your carpet cleaner!!!
Best video everything is so clear and helpful
Awesome to hear! Glad it was helpful.
It cleans the floor or just the carpet?
Great review on this machine I just purchased. I feel very competent now in using my machine because of your detailed review. Thank you. ❤
Thank you 🙏🏼. It's a good machine. I don't have to take apart the rinse tank, unless it's a bi-annual cleaning ? Looks like.

Excellent directions and demonstrations. Thanks!
Thank you for the nice comment! I’m glad it was helpful.
Very informative, thanks for the step by step!
why is there a full line for easy fill AND a DIFFERENT one for deep clean? both are at top of reservoir
Why does rhe water come out all over the floor once I place the clean water on the top? I'M using a Bissell upright carpet & upholstery cleaner.

Thanks! It's not that heavy but it is easy to clean. The brush doesn't actually get that dirty, especially if you vacuum good first.
I don’t think it’s a good idea to clean at the kitchen sink for hygiene reasons. You’re cleaning dirty carpets.

Is this vacuum only used for carpet cleaning with water or can I use it on carpet just to pick up dust like a normal vacuum. Pls let me know.
My only dislike is the float in the dirty water part. Shuts off at half full. Can this be adjusted to maybe 3/4 full before shutting off?

Can you use a dflifferent brand cleaning solution for this cleaning vacum? I have this exact one, but i bought a Hoover premium cleaning power...

When I put my machine up the dirty water leaks, I think it has something to do with the bottom of the reservoir that looks like a circle. Any tips?
Thank you for the helpful video sir!
Very easy instructions! Thank you!
Thank you for the video I received this as a gift without instructions.
Awesome, I’m glad it was helpful! Were you able to use it?
Thanks for this great video! Worked great!
Thank you for doing this video.
Thank you for helpful video 👍
Can this work on hardfloors?
Great job 👍
Thanks!!
Can Dawn dish detergent or any other cleaning detergent be used?
I have used HE detergent. Little foam, so seems to work.
Thank you for this!
You’re welcome, glad to hear it was helpful!!
Thanks for the details
How do you get the dirty water tank off
My water thing won't release
You have to pull up hard to get out, it took me a while. Watched the video end again how he pulled it out and it worked.
Great video . Thanks for sharing
Mines stopped sucking 😮
Can you buy a hose for the powerbrush version?
No unfortunately not. There’s no place to attach the hose on the machine.
So you don’t have to go over it with plan water ?
No, you don’t have to go over it with plain water. I guess you could if you wanted to but the carpet cleaning solution is designed to clean without rinsing.
Excellent! Thank you so much!
You’re welcome. I’m glad it was helpful!!
The water sprays my leg! Help!
The brush will not turn. What's wrong???
Have the same issue. I cleaned the outside, but need to figure out how to remove the brush roller to clean it. Did you have any luck?
Thank you sir!
