I was worried that I should have watched this first but I bought the machine yesterday and then watched your video. I am so glad that I took the chance on this machine! I also have a German Shepherd so I could relate to your situation very easily! I'm going to try to attach the picture I took of the cleaners that came in the box
Today would be the second time I've used it since I've bought it last year. I might have go gotten a defective one? For me the suction sucks in a bad way. It's still soaking wet no matter how slow or long I passed. If I have a car I'd return and rather just rent a cleaner at the store. I have to open my window, turn on the fan and make sure it's hot weather else it won't dry fast enough. I wish it had the same suction as Bissell green which I also have. Bissell green is a spot cleaner so it has smaller suction.
Mine has excellent suction and leaves my carpets damp not wet. I’m sorry you’ve had a bad experience with it. Maybe call the manufacturer and see if there’s something they can assist with.
Yes! I have a couple times and I pulled out the clean water tank and put it back in to make sure it was “clicked” in there. Turns out, for me it just wasn’t all the way in I guess. I just recently ran into this issue as well. Hope it helps!

I just got mine yesterday, and it has more than met my expectations. Love it.
When do you release the button?
The correct method is wet pass followed by dry pass (no water release) touch the carpet if it feels soaked dry pass again until damp

I don't see my brushes turn
Hello nice video! Does this spray out dirty water back out?
Nope
There is a bit of residual left on the carpet when I hit the power button.
Is this the XL version?
No
Great video 😊
Thanks! 😊
I would give it 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for what it could do and the price.
Try feeding your dog
You probably weigh 400lbs. That dog looks pretty healthy.
